I have received letter to send my car for inspection. The app is not used to simultaneously communicate the matter. Communication through the app in addition to the formal letter would have been more efficient as letters are often delayed/lost unless it's registered. Plus, the next service due date and mileage is not even updated. Wonder what is the point of this app. Not to mention. It occupies a fixed spot on the car's head unit home page.
Useless app. Not even once successful login. Always show error on server since day one until now 8 months later still the same.
Dissapointing app.. My car is due for 40k service this oct and the app mention im overdue for 1k service. Wtf? No prioir sevice history even.
There is no more service booking features in this apps. Pretty much useless without it.

Already went for service but keep saying i am due for service! Booked a service thru the apps, end up when reach the SC only know the SC is on holiday!! Why allow me to book appointment if the SC not open?
Forever "unexpected error at server" when creating signing up.
If this apps is what Hyundai can do, it is very disappointing. If just to remind on next service, really wasting Hyundai investment on this apps. Inaccurate info on previous service history also very annoying. More features can be done with this apps.
It's just a promotion app but I rather go Hyundai website for more info. Doesn't see any benefit but just show history service meter record. However, good move ! Hope to see more feature new future !
This app seems useless with no function except of service reminder..improve it please you are hyundai not a proton!
Nothing much after sales n services provided..just an app to boast new car...we need more information about the car we purchased
With current setting, anyone who has the Name, IC# and Vehicle Registration#, would be able to access personal information. Please enhance the privacy setting.

Areas of improvements: able to check status of warranty claim; ETA of parts;
This may help to remind the owner to go do the service
Great personal reminder for service booking. Would be great when Hyundai introduce more privileges or benefits by making in-app booking.
Able to view current promotion
It have service track records and first hand promotion information's. It will be marvelous if Hyundai care apps user have privileges and benefits in future!

Does not allow booking, does not allow search nearest service centre to my location, has no details of past service (what's done, what's used, how much, who worked on it etc) It's only for would-be buyer to book test drive.
