About Tornado Alert
Tornado Alert is a community-driven tornado early warning system.
Alerts from news sources can take several minutes to appear, and if you lose power you may not have access to the news.
With Tornado Alert, any user who sees a tornado can send an alert to all other users of the app within 20 miles that there is a tornado near by.
Alerts are normally delivered to all users in less than 5 seconds.
In addition to this, users are notified whenever they are in a "Tornado Warning" or "Tornado Watch" area, within 1 minute of the alert being declared.

I have tried this twice now with my samsung galaxy s5, once last July (Yes!) And today. Both times the app crashed on load. I want to know why it hasn't been fixed when I've read simmilar complaints. This is not acceptable. The s5 is a very popular phone. Fix it please.

This is the worst excuse for a weather alert app! I have several others, and they all alerted me to the tornados in my area a few nights ago. This app told me nothing, and keeps telling me there is a "tornado watch" in my area when there obviously is not. Use the red cross app, weather bug, and sign up for alerts from your local TV station... not this sorry app!

It was an awesome afternoon in houston, and this app said I had a tornado warning. At first I freaked out and went on line to look at a weather map. I saw nothing... so... yeah... deleted...
