Beware, though. Runway numbers are magnetic but wind is (usually) reported as true. Would be great if this app included declination.

Good App Note: While wind directions in WEATHER are referenced to TRUE NORTH, wind directions reported by TOWER OR OTHER ATC FACILITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF LANDING AND TAKEOFF, are referenced to MAGNETIC NORTH.,so that CONSISTENCY is preserved when computing X-WINDS.

It's so slow to change the wind direction. Needs to allow typing in the numbers instead of degree by degree button

True and magnetic headings for wind direction and runway heading are throwing you off. Have to full app by changing runway numbers for deviation. Would be nice if I could enter airport code and get correct crosswind right away.
