Must have app. I have not even thought about my volume levels since I downloaded this app. It silences your phone whenever you need it. Gtab, NexS.

This satisfies all the needs I had for silent timer app. I have a few minor things to point out to improve if developer wants to work on them sometime. First, the time input element data do not get reflected until focus out so if you save when a focus is still on an input element right after you update its value, the last change will get lost. Second, I want to be able to give each scheduling a name. Third very minor, the app icon does not appear in the play store for the paid version.
