Taxes, Savings Lite

Taxes, Savings is an application that aims to simplify financial planning for the French market. It is available in French and in English, and currently consists of three modules:

TAXES:
- Easily estimate your French income tax rate for the years 2012 to 2014, taking into account your marital status and number of children.
- Quickly calculate the French property gains tax on the sale of a secondary property, and get an overview of the taxes due depending on the length of retention of the property.

PROPERTY
- Simulate a loan using the loan calculators: by entering your desired loan sum or by entering the desired monthly payments
- Estimate the tax reductions from a Loi Duflot investment.
- Determine the size of the Zero-Interest Loan possible for the purchase of a new property (a property respecting the BBC norms)

SAVINGS
- Estimate the returns of various different French savings accounts and tax sheltered bond (Assurance Vie) and stock (Plan Epargne Actions) accounts.
