I am starting to wonder if they read crash reports submitted through feedback.

Can't even register, error 500, internal server error, when validating email with a Gmail address.

A lady sent me a item to sign and it shows " error while opening document " please help

I have been trying to sign 2 documents. It keeps importing the same document for conversion. Once done I had like 10 imports. So of course it ask me to upgrade to paid version. Done with this app!!!!!

"Api - Support" department is awful. Slow response time, they didn't setup anything correctly with our account I had to give them each error before they finally setup everything correctly. Their communication back is slow and the documentation provided doesn't even include everything you need to use the API. I WISH we had gone with a different company. I love how their document says "anyone can setup use with our API in 10 minutes". Yeah, 10 minutes + 2 weeks because they don't explain their total requirements, or bother to setup your account correctly. Oh hey, I guess I was supposed to know you have to send your domain so they can whitelist it and you can display documents in an IFrame. Oh, you were supposed to register your account on 2 different websites to get access to the test (eval) and production sites? Oh, you were supposed to get an encoded client credential? WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW ALL OF THIS WHEN WE PAID YOU!!!!!!!

A document was sent to me for signing, but I can't even open the app. I've tried several times to load, but no joy. Very frustrating

I bought this app but for some reason, it stopped working. I used it a couple of times, but now, when I go to templates, the app crashes. I really need it, but it's useless without templates. I'm using android 6.0.1

The app constantly crashes and gives error messages. It will not even let me log in without an error message.

I have used it since 2013 and it has been very reliable. Currently works very well and no glitches!

This app dies not require much tech savvyness. Anyone can access it and sign. I have incorporated it to my gmail and life's a breeze

Super easy to use. Crashed twice on creating an account but after that, everything went smoothly. Signing documents went quickly without a hitch up to emailing back the document.

Having such a hard time opening the application and signing in. 3rd time trying yuck

I can't archive export or save anything. Extremely annoying. Fix this!!!

Often gets stuck when uploading, sometimes doesn't upload at all. And when I hit archive the app crashes completely. Please fix these issues, I like buying apps just to support the good work people are doing, but this app just hasn't gotten to that point on Android, please work it out!

When it comes to Apple devices this app is absolutely amazing! It has so many options and out preforms any other apps of this nature I have tried. HOWEVER, This app is horrid on Samsung Devices! It is like a completely different app compared to using it with apple devices. It is as if the developer created this for apples and then said, meh what the hell let's kinda make it somewhat workable on Samsung. Now that I have switched to a Samsung phone I will be looking for a new app.

After an update prevented my PDFs from exporting correctly, I contacted support and complained. They owned it, verified my issue, and sent out an update that fixed my issue. Way to go team CudaSign! ;-)

Infuriating bugs. Most unreliable ap ever. I have never left a review of anything. This garbage deserves my first review... Hate it

I've used this app to sign POA documents for my mom. One multi page doc I had to do over because the business made a mistake, no problem I did it in less than ten minutes then emailed back. They were shocked I got it back to them filled out & signed again so fast. I then spent 15 minutes explaining how SignNow works over the phone. This is a great, time saving useful app. Fax machines are in my rear view mirror.

Since the update that changed the name from cudasign to sign now, i can no longer archive, export, or save to SD card because the app crashes every time you try to do one. App crashes constantly. I usually fill out all the base information (date, my name, my signiture) on my service tickets the night before. When getting customers to sign the next day the app crashes constantly and it embarrassing to have to hand it back and tell them the app crashed and to resign.

Constantly freezing. One step forward 2 back with this crap. This program STILL has plenty of bugs. Unfortunately I have to use it because my company does. IPhone version is way better. Please put the same effort into the android version.

I am having an issue with saving documents and then trying to find them later when I hit reply on an email. I have to start a new email by sending document as an email and its very annoying. I would rather be able to hit reply on gmail hit attach and then be able to find document. Please fix glitches..thank you

I had this on iPhone and it was awesome. Since moving to android this app is now completely useless.. no option to just add ticks can't zoom in. If you're using android find another signing app.

Its a great tool. But I have a Galaxy S7 edge Eu version and it lags heavily after 20 secs or so. So much so the system tries to force close because it isnt responding. The app is upto date and I use it every day. This needs sorting because its very frustrating.

Signed the document and no signature and app crashed!!!! Need to convert the format???waste of time.. avoid this app at all costs!!
