App is very buggy and poorly designed. Password appears to self change, very evasive. Takes ages to load then wants questionnaire on your hearing aids. All I want is quick load and ability to adjust aids according to environment/needs. Seems that it then reverts to default as soon as I look away. Bloody frustrating

Just started using this app after my provider signed up for it. Have not completed all of the modules yet, but will. However, when I go to the "My Hearing Aid" page and try to look at user guides for Usage and Care or Troubleshooting all I get is "Error fetching lesson: NotFound". What's up with that?

Signia Pure 7px M easyTek hardware and app notes --- software No unmute tone. And the mute tone would be fine at 3 notes, not 5. After all, I just triggered the change, so I am expecting a tone. No spatial config confirmation tones. Seems to disable touchControl...AND here is the killer...there is an option to not use BT, but to use easyTEK in standalone mode, which I assume is the same as touchControl. Unfortunately, if BT is not available, you can't run EasyTEK!!! Who dreamed this up? If BT //is// available, why would you use the standalone mode? BT should cut through background noise that might impact the HF sound control. Ahah! Seems that I must enable standalone in easyTEK //before// BT is not available. So now my question is "What's the point?" I surely want standalone to work if BT is not available, so I'll wind up leaving it enabled all the time. Why would I turn it off? Help > FAQ references Broadcast level, but not where it is to be found, so I spent a lot of time fumbling around before I accidentally found it buried under the standalone option. When easyTEK starts, it seems to reset spatial setting to global. Rats. So far, the whole setup, from a BT connectivity POV, is

The original signia touch control app was a miserable experience and the myhearing app seems no better. Total waste of time and effort. It's little more than a gimmick to enhance sales.
