Clean Torch (Flashlight) for Android
Flashlight apps on Android (including Clean Torch) work by using the flash built in to a phone's camera. This explains the permission to access your camera.
Click the "Run flashlight in background" button to keep the flashlight on even when switching applications. Take note of the warning though! Only one application can use an Android phone's camera at a time. This means that when "Run flashlight in background" is enabled, other apps that need the camera will not fully function. Turn off Clean Torch by using the notification at the top of the screen or navigating back to the app in order to use other apps that need the camera.
"Run flashlight in background" is disabled by default. In order to remove the warning associated with enabling it, press and hold its button. Accept the additional warning, and Clean Torch will then run in the background in future launches. To switch back, just press and hold the "Run flashlight in background" button again and decline the warning.
