Mofily YoCam

Going to be contacting indiegogo and trade standards and will not stop until I get my money back! Camera is defective from the 2nd day I got it, have sent a number of emails to support but noone bothered. Everyone in the world has to know about these scummers!

I bought this with the hope that it would work. I was anticipating taking fun photos and videos remotely! Instead, I spent $189 USD on a piece of crap. After multiple contacts with the chinese manufacturers, I find there is a no refund policy. I found a similar camera from Vivitar for under $30 USD at Walmart. It doesn't hook up remotely, but at least it works as described. The app for the YoCam does not work on my phone, and probably never will. This is my worst purchase of 2016.

After connecting to the cameras wifi, the button that says to connect to my camera does absolutely nothing. The app just keeps showing the animation to connect to the wifi. So right now this app is useless and since the only way to program the camera is through the app, the camera is set to default settings. Please fix this guys.

Can't "Connect My YoCam" even after establishing the WiFi connection - the WiFi dialog keeps popping up. Unbelievable - how am I supposed to use this?

Please add 1fps and 5fps timelaps. The whole reason I bought the YOcam was to take timelaps movies while walking, biking, driving. 3secounds intervals who is currently the shortest is WAY to long for timelaps involving movements and only results in some rediculess short and shakey clips. A shame considering the brilliant hardware and so easy to fix, just add an extra value on a string of code.

Very confusing to connect to yocam n then to wifi. Connection keeps dropping between uocan n mobile Connection is slow. Very slow to see playback.

need manual camera setting, need change to bluetooth when in wifi mode, to reduce battery drain

When I download videos onto my device (nexus 6p running the latest release of Android) from my YoCam, there is no sound when I play them in the Google Photos app. There's also a purple strip down the side of the video.

Yocam can't on after recharged. Can't change batt, what to do??

I didn't know this when purchased, but if you have to use phone as view finder, what is the point in having it? I could just use phone to take pix and videos, have new Galaxy S-7 that takes fantastic photos. My reason for purchasing was to be able to take photos while on horseback riding vacations. If I have to use phone also it isn't going to work. Still have not received mine but we will see when it arrives.......finally

App never fully opens and ends up in a restart loop. Reinstalled twice still no go.

Connection failed message all the time. Please fix.

For those who can set up the YoCam, but fail at connecting to one of the modes in the app, this is what I have to do to get it to work: 1. Power on YoCam. 2. Turn on YouCam WiFi. 3. Connect phone to YouCam WiFi. 4. Wait for the notification that it doesn't have internet access. 5. Accept this fact and stay connected. (You can say "Don't ask me again" but it will. Every time.) 6. Open YoCam app. 7. Pull down to refresh, if the stock photo isn't in color yet. 8. Tap the little circle/sillhouette icon in the upper left. 9. Tap the name of the cam to see the basic settings for the cam. 10. Go back to the home screen. 11. Choose a mode and tap the stock photo. That should get you connected.

Very limited. No access to advanced features. Would like to be able to see what mode it is in and settings like Life-Log Seconds... Blue tooth would be nice as well

Great App

As others have stated, it does very little as yet. Using as a viewfinder does not work on my Nexus 5X. All it can do is look at photos and download them. I can't even delete photos. I'm hoping this app will develop into something but it really shouldn't have been released yet. It's not ready.

It does the bare minimum of what's expected, however today I've been trying to connect my camera and it keeps failing even though I've done all the right things. Also, in the "moments" section where you see your photos I really think that phone photos should be separate from YoCam photos! Perhaps where you have the option to divide photos and videos you can add the option to just see YoCam media. Really hope this gets fixed soon!

It just works for viewing and downloading photos. Clicking the camera screen to connect always fails, I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. Also there is no sound in my videos.

App is not working in my Huawei 8+ mobile phone with Android 6. Also camera in video recording does not recording voice/sound!!! I am very dissapointed!
