Used to work great. Now it doesn't. Been trying to check out with $220 in gear for 48h now. Apparently STP doesn't want my money. No worries, there are other places that'll accept my business.

Went to purchase some clothes and it woul not calculate for free shipping or even move to where i would pay for the clothing. Needs new update badly

I have to agree with the other reviewers. Got App, created an Account, put somethings in Wish List, and now will not let me retrieve them. Also it will not let you checkout. STP you will be losing money if this is not fixed, people will Go to another App that works

This app has a lot of bugs. I can't access certain features such as order history. Also, when I select an item to view from the search screen it does take me to the item details page but when I hit the back button to get back to the search results it goes to the details page for the last item on the search page. There is no way to get back to the search results without repeating the search. Buggy

This was my go to for years but with recent updates I'm going anywhere else first because it constantly crashes and can't remember my sign in afterwards... inconvenience = shopping elseware!

Crash, crash, crash. Come on Sierra Trading Post, you're way better than this. It's hard for me to prove that though when people can only navigate through your merchandise for two minutes before the crash. Spend some money and fix this nonsense.

Latest version is crashing before I'm done filtering. Very glitchy in how it moves screen to screen. I haven't found any decent deals in over a year, maybe longer, so removing. I heard they were bought by TJ Maxx and others feel the same way I do.

Prior to the newest update, the application was fantastic. However, now it is constantly crashing and it is impossible to use. I was attempting to complete a purchase and I was so frustrated by the application closing repeatedly I sacked it and just bought a similar product elsewhere for more money but without the frustration of Sierra's terrible shopping experience

The shoe size filter doesn't work, and since many of the shoes are not offered in every size, time is wasted clicking on each shoe to see if it's in stock in my size. I'm unavoidably given many more shoes to look at than I want or need to.

Terrible app. Hangs, crashes all the time. No other app on my phone is this bad. Don't waste your time. Fwiw, I'm a huge STP fan too.

Crashes every time you scroll to the bottom of your search and is very slow. If you select an item to look at then try to hit the back button to go back to the search it shows you a bunch of random items instead. This app used to work fine, now it sucks.

Junk. Filters wont work. Crashes constantly. Better off using the browser.

This app is a laggy bug ridden power hungry mess. Use the website instead.

Great store and decent app... but viewing orders is broken via the app. I went to check the status of an order I recently placed, and I can't do that in the app, even though the functionality looks like it's there. Shopping and browsing items works well on the app.

Logged me out and crashed repeatedly when I tried logging back in. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. Created a new account for it and now it won't let me check out. I love the store but this app is garbage.

I love this app. I used to get frustrated using their website on my phone, it seemed to freeze up alot and be very slow. Since getting the app, my shopping experience has been much easier and less stressful!

OK for browsing the store but falls apart on order management. The orders functionality is broken. Changes made to my account in the app don't take. Fortunately there is fantastic phone support.

Zooming in on photos for more detail no longer works on my Galaxy S8. Blank screen. Very slow app. Should be better. Annoying.

Suspiciously broken. The latest update still gives me a "Start a return" button, but pressing it does squat. I have to go to the Web site to do this now.

Not able to complete an order. So, no point to use it if I'm not able to make my purchase.

Nice app with snappy funtionality. No chat with support option as on website. Negative is this app is a CPU hog even in the background. You want to kill it when you are finished using it.

Cannot check out. Very flustrating, want to buy something but the check out does not work and the browsers redirect to application. Note 8.

Continually crashes. Opens for seconds at a time and then closes. Uninstalled and tried again with same results. Now permanently uninstalling.

I would love it if my TJX credit card was synched to this app the same way it is on the TJ Maxx and Homegoods apps.

Buggy. New Updates suck. Price is good but doesn't even link to Account. Developers is too lazy to do any update or does any improvement. Had $200+ in carts, takes too long long to check out, so spent it all on REI instead. Their App is much better.
