No problems with the app

This app has gone through some major improvements since I used it a year ago. You still need to remember to install it before you board but once on the plane it connects to the plane's wifi and let's you watch what you want. Since not all Airtransat planes have personal screens you simply bring your own and can choose from a nice selection of movies and TV with a special kids section and fight details as well. The interface has drastically improved as has the speed, everything loads fast and looked great on my quad HD screen. Only minor issue is that it would be better if it went into immersive full screen as the system navigation buttons remain always visible while the movies play.

On a OnePlus 3. Phone is running stock OxygenOS which came with the brand new phone. Please fix asap. Worked fine on my gf iPhone 4. I just ran Root Checker to make sure OnePlus didn't install a rootkit or something but thankfully it's not. So change the way you look for root, it's not being done properly.

I like the idea, but it was unusable. It kept crashing while opening TV shows or movies. On stock, non-rooted Pixel! That's just sloppy and unprofessional.

Terrible. Tried on 2 phones and a tablet. Every time I press the play button it crashes. Might avoid air Transat in the future because of this app.

Watched movies. Listened to music. Watched where we were on the map. Never crashed worked great

Je l'ai installé un coup décollé par leur site et la seule chose que j'arrive à faire c'est écouter de la musique (juste une heure par style de musique :/ ), ou bien savoir où l'avion est rendu. Les films et émissions font crasher l'application instantanément... En plus que pour un vol de 9 heures, une prise USB aurait été nécessaires pour se servir de cette application... Bref j'ai regardé le film au centre, caché par les gens qui attendent pour les toilettes et interrompu par plein de messages inutiles :/

La sélection de films est correcte, les films sont relativement récents et il y en a pour toute la famille. Ceci dit il y a peu de films et on a vite fait le tour si le vol s'étire. Bien pensé de permettre le téléchargement de l'application à bord. Pratique que le film s'interrompe lors d'une annonce, il serait néanmoins souhaitable que les annonces jouent dans nos écouteurs via l'application. Perd beaucoup du fait que l'on n'ai pas accès à une prise pour recharger notre appareil. Je m'inquiète aussi des commentaires d'usager pour qui l'application ne fonctionne pas pour des appareils récents.

Not sure why when one looks up the search engine to assist you to download this app to a laptop it doesnt work

I tried this on three devices, Samsung tab a, nexus 7 and Sony Xperia 5 compact. App loaded home page, browsed movies, showed the map, but on each of the three devices the app crashed as soon as I tried to actually play any movie... Perhaps it's time fore some testing on Android devices, not just ipads....

Except for the map... nothing was working. Although connected to the aircraft WiFi the app kept telling me i need to connect to the WiFi in order to see movies. Map was working though. Plus add to that a few random stops of the application. :( Disappointing!

Insisted I wasn't connected to plane wifi when I most certainly was. Utterly useless app.

On the Nexus 5, only the map and audio works, starting any video crashes the app. That added to the fact that the Transat procedure to load the app onboard does not work on iOS or Android, makes for a very poor experience.

As everyone here, it doesn't work: continuous crash when trying to open movies or TV shows. It's been more than 5 months since the last update and Air Transat doesn't step up to make changes. Also, no USB port for a 7 hours flight, that's not practical. 0 star. Bring a book.

It told me that I need to be connected to on board WiFi, and I was. My phone is not French though, maybe this is the problem.

Crashes as soon as I play a video. I see I'm not the only one to experience this. If you put an app in the store you need to keep it up to date. Shame on Air Transat.

Next time don't let an intern architect your in-flight entertainment app

On my trip to Cancun it worked part of the time on the way down and there was no connection on the way back. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.

App wouldn't even open for me. Just kept giving a message saying I had to be connected to the air transit wifi while on the plane (which I was).

Only working part is the map. Everything else is broken

Only appears to work on older versions of Android. I tried 3 devices and only one of them played the films without crashing.

I can only get the Show Flight feature to work. Anything else...at all...makes this POS crash. Oh and God help the poor stewardess who couldn't figure out it wasn't the WiFi but this horrible app. Gotta love airlines who are this clueless about tech or customer needs.

Works fine until you actually try to watch something. Anything. Just plain crashes as soon as you hit play (on HTC One M8). Load some actual videos on your device and don't count on this waste of storage space.

It keeps crashing on Android 5.01. The only thing that work is the music.

It would be great if the movies that were displayed actually worked, but it simply crashes any time you try to do anything. I tried dozens of times with Movies, TV shows, Music, instant crashes every time. Galaxy S6.

Tried with both tablet and phone in Android environment and it crashes. It works fine on iPhone 6

Opens the selections but then stops working and shuts down. Frustrating considering it was a long flight!

Everytime I tried to watch a movie on my recent trip to England the app would crash. Unbelievable. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

While it worked in an iOS device for another passenger, the video function crashes on my Android device. Map navigation works just fine, but this did not met my expectations at all for in-flight entertainment!!

Terrible app!

Didn't work once on either flight for movies. Only the map worked. I would have planned differently if I knew this wasn't available. My kids were too young for the movie Creed that was the only one offered on the communal screens.
