Edit - I have changed to a galaxy s6 now and it still won't work! Since the update I am unable to view news articles or forum posts. I can view the titles but not the actual information. Samsung S4 - v4.4.2 edit 13/11, after the latest 'update' out now won't even display the forum topics let alone the info in them!

this app is excellent.....but i haven't found any login option in the app to access the siemens forum using my id....
i cant view article, please fix it...

I had this working on a galaxy S2 .. Moved to Nexus device with Jelly bean ....The scanner fails to work .Hope this gets a fixed

If only other vendors could provide such innovative and convenient access to support information. Great work Siemens for writing a proper Android app and doing it right.
Ive used the barcode, right now about 75% success rate. Might be my phone, its ready for an upgrade. But I was very impressed it pulled the product up with manuals, updates, timelines very quickly.... You can even submit a Service Request, and forward manuals to your own email account for later review...
Would be nice to be able to login and see sevice tickets also store my infomation for the next ticket so I don't have to reenter all my info each time

But pretty good in general. By the way OSO is a product of Siemens Enterprise Networks (SEN) not of Siemens AG, that's why you can't find it here.
I hope that the developers would add some tools related to automation..videos etc..
