I don't understand why the ratings are so bad. It's totally worth the extra $3. I'll always use this whenever it's an option! There's nothing bad about it. Maybe just notifications when you can pick it up?? Like that's it.

It's a great concept but the app always crashes and the products don't add to cart most of the time you have to exit the app 19385893 times to work. The customer service takes forever and there's no contact info in the app itself just a chat.

I went to a concert 7/10, headed straight to the merch line and the shirt I wanted to buy was sold out. Figured this app would be able to ship it to me, but looks like it's not possible. Why have the option of its not possible ever? This is something that would work before the event, maybe try having the ticket thieves tell people you exist and what you do before the event.

Home button doesn't work. Poor Customer service. They don't respond in a timely manner. No way to log in. Can't view past orders. Can't save orders. Saves no time.

This is the worst, they lied to use about when we would get our stuff. They couldn't get it to us at the concert and now 6 weeks later tell us they can't get us what we ordered. Total rip off!!!

Was told by a rep to use the app at the Panic at the Disco concert in Burnaby, because the merch table would be sold out. After installing it, the option to pick it up at the concert was unavailable. Also, after paying to have it shipped, I got an email a week later saying they were unable to ship it within Canada. There was no clarification on this in the app or from the people handing out flyers for Sidestep.

I will never use Sidestep again. I ordered two shirts for home delivery, took them over a month to ship and when they arrived one was missing. Save yourself the headache and just buy from the bands themselves or at the concert.
