Doesn't work most of the time. Always get error loading app. Refreshing data. This app is ťerrible. Need to get pin reset again. Nobody does anything to fix app. Don't answer emails. Useless! NEW UPDATE Doesn't work at all. What a piece of crap!

Installed it. Typed in my member's number and PIN, it wouldn't go through. I try to sign in with my Facebook account, it wouldn't go through saying "Facebook token expired." I tried every other way just to sign in but nothing works. Very frustrating.

Always get a loading error. Catch attitude when calling the casino to get balances. Why do i even bother with the place. Use to be my favorite casino.

I keep getting an error message. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It won't take me to the page to sign in. It won't go past the error message.

Weak app. No updates at all for 'star cash'. Should be sued because this app did nothing for my membership. Disappointed. 10 year member. These fake 5 star reviews hahaha don't download folks...

This app is still garbage. Still cannot access my account. No way to contact anyone who knows anything about the app to address the problems.

Brought friend to sign up account and get app and i never got achievements unlocked after he used the link I sent through the app. Not very many app promotions offered period and you don't get the few they do offer I guess.

Worst app I've ever seen, and nobody at the shooting star knows anything, 5 people at service desk and they were all clueless about how to do anything with the app.

UPDATED 11/24/2016 : One might think that with all the money spent on advertising for this app, that it might actually work. But yet, here we are months after the initial launch of the app and we still do not have a working version of the app. I can't even get the new version to load. I would really like to use this app, you IT guys think that will be possible before the end of the year?

It won't let me link my Players Club number to the app. It continues to tell me that it's an invalid number and I'm pretty sure that since I am a sky member I know my number. Trying to link the Facebook account it says that I need administrative permission link to the Facebook because it is still in test or something to that effect. Could someone please get back to me with some assistance on how this can be fixed? Also cannot scroll on many of the pages.

APP says invalid I.D. and password, can't log in.

I heard on the radio you can earn Star Cash right from the app. How is this done?

Couldnt link account

I've tired on different phones I have and it won't link to facebook or let me use my log in info. Tired this before and never liked, don't know why I would try it again.

Excited to be let down. Can't link my account because of invalid member id even though it's correct or it won't even let me enter my information. Please fix so I can enjoy this app.

My base point information is wrong. It zero'd out my points around July 1st. My account info on the kiosk at the casino shows the correct base points. The app doesn't do as much as I expected. Frequently encounter errors when trying to check my star rewards..

Was great until it stopped letting me log in. It says authentication failed. Please verify login id/password. But my information is correct.

I also can't log in, saying member number and pin don't match. I know what I'm using is correct because when I attempted to register I was already at the casino using the same info.

First time I installed this app it worked then had to clear some apps and this one was gone so reinstalled it and now it says invalid and then it won't load most of the time

Everything I go there it gives me an error message or my points never match up to what I actually have.

Never loads always closes by itself never lets you log in linking account almost never works than has authentication problems after you do link your account and the bonus points message you get when you first link your account doesn't credit to your account
