WiFiの有効・無効設定をワンタッチ
でトグルします。

設定が有効の場合は無効にします。
設定が無効の場合は有効にします。

また、切替後は切替た結果をトースト
表示した後にプログラムを終了します。

・ ウィジェット型のアプリでないため
常駐など一切しません。
・ WiFiの有効・無効切替以外の処理は
一切ないので軽量です。
・ なんらかの要因で切替に失敗した
場合でも状況をトースト表示します。

このアプリは単体でも当然使えますが
他のランチャー系のアプリと組合わせ
て使うとさまざまな方法でトグルがで
きます。
