100 Pushups workout for Android
It asked me to review after using it once. That never gets you a good review.
I have been using app for 2 days seems good, no bugs, and I feel like I'm getting a work out, I appreciate the inclusion of stretching.
Been doing this app for about 3 months as well as eating better, I've gone from 104kgs to 94.5kgs. Just downloaded the abs one. :-)
I actually like this app. It'a lot controversial and it's really the perfect push-up trainer :)
This app helps me stay focused on getting stronger.
I like it so much I just downloaded the burpee version.

I enjoy it. Has the perfect ratio of reminding you to workout to leaving me alone. I'm on my 5th exercise and have already noticed a difference
Really makes you want to do push ups im currently at program 4(this day) and everytime i do an exercise im doing 3-5 more pushups which helps me get stronger
Its a good app, but... needs an interface improvement (just my opinion)

Good progressive training plan, includes a useful warmup sequence and rest day timer. After one program, I progressed from 23 to 35 pushups. However I could not do the plan specified for my initial pushup ability. I had to start one step lower (11-20). Also, after end -of-program assessment, it should assign rest days before the next cycle.
It's very simple and easy to use which is nice. I like how I can track my progress. But one thing that I think should be added is an alarm for when you should do it because my phone just vibrates and I don't always check it but with an alarm I would. Just saying it would be better but I'm glad something so easy to use is out there
Still crashes during custom training. I set my push up amount and the interval timing, do one round, and it switches to the regular training by itself. Major glitch. Then, when I want to do custom pull up training, its not there either. Doesn't sync with Google Fit or Samsung Health. Major crashing issues
I've tested quite a lot of apps. I love this one for its perfectly fit to my physical abilities. Rest time allow me enough time to build the muscles for the next step. I couldn't find the same app (with such progresiveness) for other part of my body. Can you suggest me some of that kind? Thanks.
Crashes when screen turns off between sets. Will change to 5 stars if fixed.
Great app for training. Warmup is a thing I haven't seen in other apps, but it helps a lot
Great workout. I'm not great at doing warm ups so the stretching is an awesome feature. Do you have a similar app for stengthening legs for running? (Including warm up and warm down? )
Very nice app, everything in it is useful. If i can add anything i could, that would be a timer in the home screen until the next workout and browsing in the categories while in a level.

Excellent. My push ups have become easier and I'm doing them with a real smile on my face.
