Good explanations of pilates principles. Give yourself extra time to read the instructions initially. 30 second breaks instead of 10. Just until you learn all the components of the move. I just paused the app while í read some of the longer descriptions. Loved the moves tho, and felt great afterwards
Language set to English and wasnt in english. The cartoon doesn't have enough depth to be able to tell what the exercise is, and if you read the description tgey have been very badly translated to english, such as "breed" your knees, instead of "bend!" No idea if I was doing the exercises right or not, will uninstall and find one I understand.
Very good especially for a fres app. The beginner is a actually beginner. This is good for me as I'm rehabing after a broken leg. The language, however, is not reflecting the English setting still but the written explanation was enough for me.
It's been working so great. But, I advice to early beginners to doing some warming up more. Cause after doing this workout I've got so sick
I left it on what I thought was English, but the woman speaking during the practice was not speaking English. Tried to select a new language and had to cycle through all the available languages to get back to English. The language during the workout was still not English.
The app seems to work fine but there is something unintelligible spoken in a Slavic language that Is disconcerting. I've learned that I need to give myself more time to read and absorb the explanations.
The app is great. But can u make sure the calories burnt is calculated based on height and weight of an individual.
Could do with more variety such as core exercises but this may come with the more points earned?? Legs hurt though
Love the Pilate's, the only thing is I've chose English and have got a different language
Despite the spoken language glitch which sounds like some Slavic language, it is very effective !!!
Didn't feel like Pilates felt more like basic stretching. Deleting and looking for another app

I like it. It does work you nicely, it's up to you how hard you push yourself.
The language set is in English but the audio still isn't. Apart from this, the app is pretty good

The text is wrong and often does not correspond to the design. One exercise says to lie in the back and lift and the pic shows lying on the stomach. I cannot recommend this app. No good sorry!
It's great. Because I don't need to use a lot of my energy, but it makes me lot of sweat
The only thing is that it does not speak in English

The variety of the movements can be improved, also it would be nice if we could make our own movement lists.
