About Burpee workout

Burpees are a full body exercise but here are just a few of the muscles they work, deltoids, biceps, triceps, pectorals major, obliques, abdominals, quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings and gastrocnemius (calf) just to name a few.

The basic movement is performed in four steps and known as a "four-count burpee":

Begin in a standing position.
Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
Kick your feet back, while keeping your arms extended.
Immediately return your feet to the squat position.
Jump up from the squat position

This is probably one of the best burpee workout apps. Fully recommended. But please include some variations too, like manmakers, burpee pull up, etc. Also, it would help if you include a diet program. And please include a cool down sequence as well! Great job!

Great app, however, given how difficult burpees are, perhaps the default rest between sets should be a 60 seconds or more, not 30 seconds. That's a minor issue though.

I love that this app does not neglect stretches. So many other apps may tell you to stretch but don't tell you what to do. Asside from that, this is your basic workout app.

Been using "Burpee. Burn fat." for 2+ weeks and I'm very pleased of it. So much that I bought the ad-free option. Includes: warming up instructions, starting at your level out of 10 challenging ones, edition of the reps after each set, tips and advices during rest time, automatic back up online (G+ account and Google play needed) and reminger of the sessions. Would be even greater if there was an assessment before going through the journey. Cheers to the dev!

Awesome app. Challenging but achievable progressions. Graph showing a history of your workouts really shows your progress. I just got a new device and restoring my data to the new device was super easy.

This is a good app, I like the reminders and the option to choose your level however I hate the interupting ads. It seems like your phone can easily get hacked.

I like that they have stretching, then an actual plan for increasing how hard it is as you adapt to the workout over time

App is simple to use and very effective. The user selects their training level and is automatically provided with a schedule of daily stretches and burpee sets to help them achieve their goals. Each stretch has an accompanying gif to help users understand the movement. Amazing app and on top of everything, it's free!
