Shutterfly: Prints & Cards

Most of the time I love the app, however, had over 200 pics in my basket when I placed my order and somehow it only ordered 37. Ididn't catch the error until it was too late to cancel . All the work of making sure each picture was cropped correctly gone now waiting until the pictures arrive to see which ones were ordered and start over! Not happy and not the first time it has happened either!

Great app! I use it all the time, they send you discounts that make your purchase price next to nothing. However the shipping cost can become quite high. But for everything eles this is a must have if you want to create a gift or just have actual photos instead of digital.

I always get EVERYTHING i want perfectly the way I want it to be. I am so satisfied with what Shutterfly can do and with such awesome prices. They are my go to for anything i want involving my photos. I am addicted and i love Shutterfly. Not only that, but being partnered with Ellen Degenres, they give so much back. Absolutely amazing. Not to mention they give so many generous discounts and savings. :)

If you want to upload a bunch of photos to the shutterfly "timeline" this app works great. If you want to upload to a specific folder so you can organize your photos the way you wish you are out of luck. App guves you the option to upload to a photo to a folder, but it doesn't work. Nowhere near as much control over your photos in this set up, but if you want a quick upload and don't care about organization it does that well.

I just ordered over 100 pictures for FREE. Some of the pics are cut off a bit, but Shutterfly alerts you by putting an ! near the photo ahead of time. No complaints for free keepsakes tho. I will order in the future. Can't wait to get my pics - going to make a traditional photo album.

As a mom I'm always multi tasking...this app allows me to take pictures, organize them, & order prints all from my phone! I admit I've been known to take pictures & never load then to the computer or print them. Not anymore...no excuses!

EDIT: seems my issues were phone related, not the app!! I have had success in the past with the app just ordering photos, but once I started trying to make items it kept glitching out and telling me I was unable to add items to the cart, and I can't figure out how to save projects part way through. I do really like the free prints from the app and if I could redeem some officials the other deals I would be ordering a ton, but alas.

This app couldn't be easier to use! I love shutterfly. I often surprise my husband with gifts from shutterfly and he's always speechless. The app is really easy to use, much easier than the website. You can make tons of beautiful gifts in minutes!

Awful customer service. Mostly bots unless you call. Photo quality from the app is horrible, especially compared to the site's. Plus, even after following all the advice from the customer service bot, the app still wouldn't load all my photos, leaving out vacation photos. Highly disappointed.

I most often have to log into the main website because the app doesn't have all if the features. I do love how the prints, photo books, and magnets look. Great as long as you plan to use the app in tandem with the full site.

The cropping tool was terrible. It refused to save my changes, even after I contacted customer service. After I finally got it to save, and verified my order, I ended up receiving an 8x10 of my sons hand.

Very frustrating! I only downloaded this to add my photos to my account. Once I saw there were more deals here, I tried to order some things. It made me enter my credit card information for times and wouldn't save it and then cropping each picture was slow. I'll go back to using the website.

It's really a pain to go back and forth. Not to mention to get the free photos it has to be the mobile app. And when did shipping charges get so expensive. Time to look for other alternatives for pics.

Amazing for deals and storage but you have more uploading options if you log on with a browser. Please fix the uploading issues with the app and browser version. It shouldn't take me 15 minutes to figure out how to upload a picture when I'm familiar with everything.

What really makes me mad with this app is that it crops your pictures funny and even if you correct them before submitting your order, you still get them cropped funny! Such a waste! And shipping is ridiculous, and it takes a week for your stuff to show up.

I've ordered from shutterfly probably 5 times in the last 6 months, I absolutely love the app! I've bought mugs, prints, large pictures, and magnets so far and hope to order more in the future! I've only ever had one problem with my orders and it was resolved within 24 hours and the were very helpful! Love the app!

I loved the idea of this app. I liked that I could start selecting pictures and leave and come back and the pictures were still selected. The problem is the shipping is so expensive that if I do the math it costs me the same per picture as it does at Wal-Mart. I would rather just go to Wal-Mart and I can have my pictures in an hour.

A little disappointed that I wasn't able to choose how I wanted to apply my special discount of the day (free shipping or 20% off). My order was over $20.00, so I should have been able to choose how I applied it, but overall, Shutterfly puts together beautiful products.

I love Shutterfly, and they always have great offers on the app, but I have only been able to actually complete and submit an order ONE time out of dozens of attempts! This was due to some error on the app every time. The errors are non descript, so I have no idea if there is anything I can do to make it go through. So frustrating after putting time into selecting photos, editing, uploading, etc.!!

So suprised to get free prints here!! I had to pay shipping but it was a deal for almost 300 photos!! I also got 10 Free Magnets today with another promo they had for today only. Very thankful. :)

I've been trying to check out for 2 days now... App always crashes when I hit checkout. Had to use Freeprints app to get my pics. Please fix

Shutterfly has lots of great app exclusive offers!...that I can't use because the app just freezes and never lets me checkout. It gets stuck while "preparing photos" every. Single. Time.

I order so many things from Shutterfly. The only thing I have issues with is the slow and expensive shipping. Other then that they will always correct any errors and the products are great quality.

Not sure if it my phone or the app...but there are several small snags I always hit when trying to use the app...makes for a difficult quick order. Still, I am always happy with the quality of work I get when I do finally get things ordered!

I use Shutterfly a lot. They always are great to work with. I only had an issue one time when ornaments I had ordered arrived damaged and they sent new ones immediately free of charge.

Have been using this app for over 10 years. It's a great app for photo storage and for making memorable gifts. I get frustrated with the upload speed and cost for shopping.

I love Shutterfly as a service, but I'm really disappointed in the app. I've tried multiple times to place orders and have yet to even get as far as the payment process. It takes forever to process photos from the shopping cart only to time out each time or the app freezes and closes. You offer "app exclusive" deals, but I have yet to be able to order any of them because the app crashes every time.

This app is ridiculous I can log in on the website just fine but the app keeps saying login fail. App needs to be updated or something. Very irritating guess I need to find a new app. Not happy at all!

Works good, there's not a great way to get to the cart if you haven't added anything after continuing to shop. Otherwise easy to use and very reasonably priced!

I'm new to shutterfly and not sure if I could have changed the font on the graduation cards I ordered but if I could I would have given it all the stars but I did have some trouble getting exactly what I wanted. otherwise it is a great app

I love this app! I've ordered many photos and they always come in a fast manner. They are always so clear and a perfect HD picture, I will always go to Shutterfly for printing photos! I also have gotten a mousepad and I couldn't be any happier with the products they offer. I will always continue ordering from them!

Love the app and that you can get unlimited prints. Using shutterfly helps me to make sure I actually get my pictures printed to be displayed instead of having them sit on my phone.

Every once and a while I get a photo that is cropped incorrectly. So I'll need to reprint maybe 4 out of a hundred. Not too bad for a phone app.

App keeps crashing on android when trying to find photos on the photo roll. Takes more than 3 mins to start when it's not running for a while.

Great app. Easy to use. Unbeatable promotions. I had an issue using a promo code recently, and after only 2 minutes on the phone with support, my account was credited. Thx Shutterfly!

I think it's a great app for "free pictures" but I'd rather pay for the pictures than the shipping! Shipping is OUTRAGEOUS!! I GOT A BOOKMARK, COASTERS, AND A SMALL LUGGAGE TAG & SHIPPING WAS OVER $30. THAT'S JUST WRONG!!! WALMART COULD HAVE DONE IT FOR $10. I JUST GOT 10 "FREE" MAGNETS & SPENT $22. COME ON SHUTTERFLY, IT'S TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE!!! DO YA BLAME ME?!?!?!?

I absolutely love it!!!!! They always have great deal's and free stuff!!! Just recently in having all kinds of problems I can't buy or make ANYTHING without it shutting down on me

Only complaint is the app doesn't access my saved snapchat photos. I really would like to be able to print them!

The app has a very nice layout and is easy to use BUT I was never charged and none of my prints ever mailed. I contacted Shutterfly and they said there was no account found for my Email address so I sent them a screen shot of my account screen showing I had been ordering items from an account under my email address since 2007. They responded that either I was using an outdated operating system on my phone (I'm not), too much of my phone's memory is being utilized (it's not) for the app to function correctly or that I should try removing the app and re-loading it (I did, three times). It still shows my two print orders in the queue under my Order History but shows the status on both as "Not Processed". I'm extremely disappointed because I was very excited to start regularly ordering prints for my grandparents.
