Quickie Timer Widget

Don't get the complaints. Dev states at the bottom this isn't a full fledged timer app, just a simple creative app for quick set timers. Does what it says. Bottom line it quick gets the job done.

I want to like this. It is simple and clean, but when the timer runs out nothing happens! No sound, no vibration.. Nothing!

It's a good timer. I just wish it allowed me to choose my own notification sound. I need the sound to be different than my normal notification sound. 5 stars if that is added.

Can you tell me how to get 1 minute on timer? I only have options ranging from 5 min to 1 hr.

Loving it! Setting which alert tone it plays or having it play the default android alert tone which i can set would be really nice!

I thought that I could choose just one or two of the timers to show but I found thqt they must be all 5 of them showing which wasn't so good for me.

I want to set a timer for 1 hour and 37 minutes. But apparently the only way to do that is to tap the 1-minute button 97 times. That's not quick.

Apparently the user has the choice of 5 timers with the maximum being 1 hour. Pictures show other times but I just can't find any instructions to see how to change them. Also I thought times might be accumulative; a 1 and 5 to add to a 6 minute timer but it goes off after 1 minute and again after another 4 minutes. Pretty useless.

I've been looking for something like this for ages but never quite found anything that hit the mark. The fact it works with a single tap right from the widget is what makes it work perfectly for my needs. Simple!

Great timer widget! Easy to use. I use it for timing my rests in between workouts! Good stuff! 5 stars for sure.

Thanx for replay.. Yes.. background transparent and leave the foreground/numbers opaque, was better explaining :)

If progress (left time) be with numbers, like real count down, it would be perfect for me.

It doesn't make any noise when the timer expires. No alarm. No vibration.

As someone else below mentioned, doesn't always go off. I never had that problem with setting just one timer, today I set two timers and the second one did not go off. Two more suggestions: minute timer and sound in infinite loop.

Simple and useful. Has worked well for ne so far. Well done for adding a minute timer that doesn't just go off at the start of the next clock minute. The green progress indicators - could you make them more continuous, like 10 second chunks for the small timers? On the minute timer no progress is seen, and with 2 minutes only halfway progress is seen (presumably it goes by minute).

Simplicity is a plus. Quick timers start from home screen. Unfortunately sometimes sound does not go off. Need to reinstall it to work. Alarm is unreliable.

Easy to use, just waiting for look & feel customisation, the ability to pick the sound to be used and perhaps time choices to put in widget. Thanks for your efforts.

Instantly start timers from home screen widget. I only wish I had a 1 minute increment option and options for the sound

Would be nice if we can actually change the timers instead of being locked to only 5 different choices.

Simply place widget on a home screen. One tap and you have the quickest timer around. Extra taps for extra time. Just what I need to buy myself some extra time without accidentally forgetting something important. No fuss involved.

This timer would be perfect if the first option was a one minute timer. As it is configured now, there is no way to set a timer for short intervals. It would make more sense if the timer intervals were 1, 5, 15, 30, and 60 minutes.

Great app, the only one I've found that can has timers that are fully controllable from the widget alone. However, the lack of customisation means its not quite 5 stars. The ability to change the transparency, size, along with more timing intervals would make this a 5 star app.
