I was sent RAKHI on 10 Aug 2016 from ahmedabad to Pune but still shipment not reached....also not proper reply from Pune office.

Even after five days document is not traceable, there is no way to lodage the complaint on net, people on phone never give satisfactory answer nor they are polite. Inspite of complaining since morning there is no track of docket. An ISO 9001 Companies employee saying there tracking system is not updated. Worst worst company don't use this courier service.

Disgusting is the service and the attitude these people have . document cannot be traced . when the app shows that it has been handed over for delivering. Would advice people to rather use speed post ... Even 1 star is overrated for them . wish could give them minus rating .
