I reset the camera but it keeps telling me that the camera is linked with another account. I've reset the camera on numerous, waited for the beeps and the light to be blinking red. It still says that it's linked with another account. What is that abput. Please contact me urgently!

Well it's useless. I'm going to have to send my cameras back because I can't view them with the app. It keeps saying "loading" and nothing happens. All connections are great and it worked yesterday. Today it's not doing a damn thing. I reinstalled my app 3 times and still nothing. There's no Tech Support to help either.

Installs, but cannot see android OS has screen overlays turned off, so cannot even setup an account let alone use the application. Not a good start for a brand new device on a stable established platform.

This application stores videos on their server. That's unacceptable for a baby monitoring application. Complete disregard for privacy and security

It just stopped working. I'm going to give it one more day to work because I see another person has the same issue if it's not working tomorrow I'm sending it back. The video just says loading

My device is switched to black and white now and I can not get it back.

Im surprised that the showmo app logo dosent appear on the phone front screen when you get an email alert.It means you have to look.in the message section to find out Thanks Michael

Can anybody help please? My problem is that I can't enter my 24-character wifi password when asked by this app during the connection process of the camera to my wifi because the character limit in the app is only 18 characters. I tried changing my wifi password but unfortunately I can't coz I don't know how to do it despite following all the tips I found on the Internet. I'm stuck with my present wifi password.

Well I have tried several times to connect, there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. However, I was unable to set up my camera or give it a name without internet connection, which makes little to now sense if you are suppose to be able to use this with out without the live feed(memory card option). Also, the memory card doesn't work either. Matter of fact my memory card ( two of them now) have both said "file corrupted must reformat and this will delete all previous data". I purchased this camera because my new landlord is stalking/harassing me and I need proof that he is on my property when Im at work.

App won't do anything. When I first tried it, it worked fine. When I went to open it a second time, it did open, but the second I try to log in, watch the demo, or send feedback, it just keeps loading forever and ever. The feedback even says "failed to send." It's not like I have bad reception or a weak Wi-Fi signal, either. I live with a six year old who's a bit of an klepto. I was really hoping this would keep her away from my stuff. Sorely tempted to uninstall the app and send the camera back. Update: Found I was able to uninstall and reinstall the app and it would work, but again, once I close the app it will not let me back in.

Works really well on my S8. Log on easily when on home WiFi or on GPS mobile. Occasionally need to log back in but not a problem. If you stick a sd card in the camera you can actually go back in time, review and snap some pics from it. Needs a memory card in the camera for this. Would like to view cam from PC though

If the owners of this application are keeping track of your reviews please write back and tell me where I can buy another camera. I have actually forgotten where I got the first one and I love it

Have to be connected to a broadband WiFi for it to connect. U should be allow to use your mobile data connection to activate the camera!

It can not use for privet networks which are have n't internet connection

It sits at Loading at logon time and I can't get out if it. When it works, all is well. If I can't get logged in, not much value. Take the damn video off the landing page so it can do what it's supposed to do.

Good picture, sound works ok but not very loud. I have the same problem as most other reviewers, if I log out or swich off or change the phone to anything else it won't let me back in. Consantly trying to load and nothing hapens.

Very basic app and don't like the fact that I can't record unless I keep the app on, bit pointless as a security system, It's ok if you just wanna watch your dogs or something when your out. After abut 10 minutes working it is now broke and won't come off the red flashing lights. There isn't even any contact info to try help with problems, ridiculous.

Really annoying that when you try to zoom in these huge bars appear on the top and side, can't make them go away.

What a joke.. demo cams are off, everything is in Chinese.

The camera will not loop record so you need remove SD card and delete all the time.

I didn't have any problems registering the app, creating an account and making the camera run with Xiaomi redmi note 3. However I can't give a detailed review of the app because the sd-card slot of the camera is not working which makes it impossible to use most of the features. First I thought that the problem was in the cards though I tried 3 different freshly formatted ones. Now that I read the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one with this problem so I'm sending the camera back. I'm sorry that I have to do that because the picture quality is quite good but without a working sd-card slot the camera is useless.

I bought the camera off wowcher's for £22 plus delivery - not too cheap. However, it is pretty amazing and full of features. Above my expectations. The app is pretty good, as well. The only feature I would still add would be to allow multiple simultaneous login and streaming from multiple Android devices through the same account.
