ShowingTime for Android
The old version was better. This new version is really too simplified its very basic in function. It's not easy to set up a showing either. I don't like it but it's the only thing available
Could be so much better but it's getting there. It would be awesome to have code written to force the app to keep alive while I'm switching screens to get info, name, number or double checking times without resetting all the info I've alread entered. Also it would be nice if I could see the agent's brokerage and phone number in the "agent select for showing" screen. As well as be able to enter the agent phone number or email address instead of only the name for those times when there are many agents with the same name.
I don't know how this app determines when to send you notifications regarding showing requests, but I'm getting alerts and e-mails at 1:30 in the morning, midnight, etc....it's extremely frustrating for someone who works at 4 a.m. I wish there was some kind of level of priority for notifications so this will stop.
Set up for the broker and seller to approve a showing. Does not work. Always shows as pending. Technical issue with the app need to be resolved. I should not have to call on the phone to get a showing approved if the app was working the way it is supposed to.
Does not let me log in with my email under seller, something is definitely wrong.
This app is horrible its always logging you out and buffering. I need the old version back asap.
great functionality. love being able to have my clients approve appointments via text and we are both notified. feedback surveys are helpful too. wish there was an easier way to send them out to agents who don't use showingtime.
Keeps freezing, just started happening it's being a common thing
Gave my email address, which was accepted. Still waiting, after almost 12 hours, to receive the code. Pathetic.
All of a sudden Im experiencing a ton of bugs.

Good luck emailing clients showing tours without a laptop
Neither my wife nor myself receive notifications consistently or on time for feedback or new showing requests. This issue affects android and iOS devices. This has resulted in us nearly missing showing requests. This is totally unacceptable for anyone trying to sell their home. We cannot afford to miss a request from a buyer looking to tour our home!
Updated review... HATE the update and the recent change did squat to fix the mess. It was great before but you let designers run amok. If I wanted to use a slot machine I'd be at a casino. Don't make it so hard to schedule a showing. And I just scheduled for the wrong day because I didn't spin the wheel of fortune hard enough. And don't tell me I need training! Argggh
The scheduler is horrible and clunky. I switched from an iPhone to Android and the Android app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. The stupid time scroll feature is about as dumb as it gets. If you can't make your fancy scroll feature work smooth don't do it. I want a functional app for setting appointments, not some crappy slot machine for a time setter. The freezing sucks as well. I had to log into my MLS via the Google search to set an appointment because Showingtime decided not to work... Not professional or efficient.
This app used to let me see feedback. The last update has turned it into a bare bones app. All I can do now is confirm appointments. I have to wait for my realtor to send me screen caps of feedback
Love this app. It has worked seamlessly for me. Updates are on time and listing reports are easily emailed. Bookings are easy amd clear.
It keeps logging me out. It does not accept my password.
Before you send me a link telling me how to use the app.... I know how to use the app! One user posted that it's like a slot machine for scheduling showings and that's completely accurate! THIS UPDATE IS HORRIBLE! Not user friendly at all. Takes way to much time to schedule appointments. Very disappointed. Again I know how to use it. It's still awful. I gave it some time to get used to it, I now avoid it if at all possible and use my computer.
Atrocious update. I usually don't leave negative reviews but after having to deal with this the past 10 days I felt it justified. Just revert the app to the previous version and continue to build from that. This build is so bad I won't even waste my time detailing the issues. 5 star coming back when the old app comes back.
The update is horrible....doesn't work 1/2 the time, hard to manage and very poorly designed. I'm tech savvy so there is no doubt this is useless to older aged non-tech agents.
It was slow but otherwise working before the update. Now, the screen does not scroll, links don't work. Most likely there was very little testing if any at all, before the release of this update.
Terrible app. Can't even scroll up to see the rest of the screen. Thanks for embarrassingly me in front of my clients.
It doesn't work. Really has made practicing real estate harder. I now have to call to schedule showings because this doesn't work. Somebody needs to be terminated!
Ok changing my review. Now that I've had time to get used to the update I actually do really like it.
The app work just fine before can't stand the new update.
Doesnt work. I just installed it and tried to select every notification method available and it keeps telling me to select a notification method
Have to shut down my phone every time I open as program won't let me exit. Hate it
The Agents dont use the app. it's just for lazy agents that don't want to do their job and want a so-called system to do it for them
New update sucks. I have to register my device everytime I open this app. Before it was running good.
You broke something that was fixed and worked fine. Your upgrade is worthless. I'm unable to scroll on the screen like many others users now. Nobody in the tech support could explain why. The last app before the "upgrade" worked 100℅ of the time. Can I get the old app back?
The upgrade is seriously flawed. You cannot scroll which makes it impossible to schedule showing or review any information. Terrible upgrade. I already complained to tech support and still have no response after 1 week. Terrible upgrade and terrible tech support.
Update is awful. I can't scroll to get to half of the information and the ridiculous sliding bar to schedule is the worst idea ever. Why did you ruin something that worked so well?
This update is absolute garbage. It is harder to schedule showings on the app and I can't even see what I scheduled please revert back.
No matter what I do, it says my login info is wrong. It's driving me crazy. Checked it and checked it, had it emailed to me just to be sure and still....cannot log in.
New app is awful. Agent info is all messed up, cant contact directly through app. The whole app is just confusing now, and Im supposed to be the generation who understands this stuff
I thought this upgrade would allow me to schedule appts for other agents on my listings. I can select a showing agent for my listing...but if I have an appt, at a different property, on the same day the mobile app tries to schedule me for the property showing rather than the agent I have selected. Crazy. Yes, I called support and first they said the app does not function this way. I explained it did on an agents phone with no appointments on a day a new appointment for another agent is requested. The support rep asked a supervisor and sure enough, it is a known issue you are working on. So tag you are "it". It would also be wise to put the version of your app, in the settings area of the app itself already downloaded on the device. Right now it is only noted in the play store description.
No help from Showingtime. I could not figure out how to sync the calendar with the new app. So I call the help desk at showingtime and they told me they cannot help me. How wonderful is that.

I absolutely love this app. I am using an android version, and I don't understand the negative comments because once I got used to using it, there's not much I CAN'T do. I wish my MLS hired these developers to write the code and GUI for their clunky MLS app!
