CSS Mobile for Android
It wasn't working properly so I had to call CSS. After calling CSS, and finding out they weren't able to schedule my showing because it had to be done online, I uninstallIed the app. Once I reinstalled it, it worked fine. I read other reviews where agents had to do the same thing.
I've given up. The dropdown to select my market does not work. I'm tired of installing over and over. It worked like a charm for a few months..... and now this for over 6 months. I'm back to printing showing instructions. Welcome to 2010........
App doesnt work. As a long time user of CSS both mobile and web I can't believe this bug has been out here for 5 months. Does the voice of your users not matter. This should have been fixed in 30 to 60 days. To say users need to have a good wifi is unacceptable, this app has worked in the past flawlessly. Did your upgrade in March cause havoc for your end users. At some point you have to hold your developers accountable or find new developers that can fix the issue.
Every time I try to go back to use it, it will not work! I have to Uninstall and re-install because the drop down for ANY city will not come up. It used to work okay, but now it doesn't.
Has to be re-install everytime I use it or the picklist for market will not populate. You should be able to tell my market by my user ID in a cookie, duh! Once re-installed, standing in same exact place it works. Your developers are BS ing you. I pay for this service and it's the worst mobile app I have bar none. Normal website works fine. No way I could have my clients use this piece of junk; they would blame me when fails!
For some reason it grays out location so you can't log in. I used to have to uninstall then reinstall for it to work. Now that doesn't work either!!
Have been using it for MONTHS and as of last week, it stopped allowing me to login. It won't allow me to choose my local market or city. Username & Password confirmed correct. The only thing tech support advised was to "clear the cache" but that will not do anything. I also uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing. Fix the app please!!!
This app used to work great. For the last few months I haven't been able to choose my Market & login. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.
As a home inspector with CSS Access it would be nice if the inspection option was on the mobile app like it is on the website. Not sure why there is a disconnect between those 2 areas. Should be a simple fix, but until then, the app is pretty much worthless for me.
Used the app for years just fine but now have to uninstall and reinstall but it's still having issues. Haven't been able to get it to work recently.
App doesn't work at all for the past week and when it did, the ShowingTime app is still leaps and bounds better. Even though my Broker provides CSS for free to us, I still pay for and use ShowingTime because their website systems and app are better. Customer service reps are about the same.
Doesn't work... It will not let me select an end time when scheduling an appointment so I have to call to schedule.
Every single day I uninstall and reinstall this app. It works fine the first time I open it, smooth, perfect actually. The next time I open it, I can't select a market or sign in. So, I uninstall/reinstall and go again.
Have to uninstall then reinstall just to use it!!

The app is not allowing me to login because it wont let me enter the location of my MLS. The location dropdown is not working please fix
The only way it works is to uninstall and install again everytime! Too much of a hassle.
App has to have cache cleared in order for market to populate/ log in.
Can't get area to come up so I can't schedule anything!

I m using huawei mate 9, I can't even log in, the *scroll down menu of location doesn't work and won't let me choose Houston, which makes it impossible to log in.
Will not allow location drop down for login.

The drop down menu to select your MLS is empty. Has been for months, making it impossible to sign in. I have tried Uninstaller and reinstalling with no luck.

This app doesn't work at all, it just keeps "conecting" forever. It never worked right and is more trouble than it's worth, which is nothing.
Not much to say I've uninstalled and installed this four times it won't work. I've tried to use it with 4G and with Wi-Fi.... Doesn't work. Clearly CSS is falling apart on all fronts and as agents we are hoping for a competitor to rise up to make them accountable. And just to show how CSS operates they tagged this as a post for the old version of the app and I'm describing the new version of the app.

Used to love it...now I have to Uninstall and install every time. Frustrating, glad to see others have same issues. How about fixing it ??
Had the app for weeks and it worked wonderfully. Then it stopped updating my location which prevented me from being able to login. Tried over multiple WiFi connections but it just no longer works...please get this app together where it just works!
This clearly has a problem, look at all the same complaints about MLS selection NOT working. Only in real estate biz is crap products the norm

Works well when I need it to but there are a couple of issues. First when you want to check your appointments the app defaults to yesterday. I'm not concerned with what was on my schedule yesterday, I want to check today's appointments. The ability to look at yesterday's appointments should still be an option, just not the default option. Secondly, when you enter the MLS number in the search bar and press enter, it creates a second line for text and will not search. You have to close and restart to fix.
