I just tried to login and I put the correct info and said missmatch this is crazy fit that only works on the web not in the app

This app is great - when it works. I've been trying intermittently over the past month to link my starpass card and I get an error every time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has helped. Please fix this feature.

Because of a message "Unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later" I could never buy a ticket. Uninstalled.

Your app doesn't let you buy tickets. Freezes on seat selection screen

U dont come across to many apps that do all that they state . But this one does.. love it..

Does not save information when you re-log in , you have to look up your account number and re enter payment info after a reinstall.

Fix the God damn app!!! It always freezes on me.... like WTF!! Fix it people, you useless MF!!!

This app keeps freezing when I try to get to my card. I have the galaxy s7 edge and when you tap on things it doesn't work. I love Showcase but the app needs to be fixed.

Trying to use after it opens, it lags and doesn't list what is offered at home theater. Pls fix.

Literally every single time I click a movie, it would bring me to a different movie. The only way to combat this is to search for the movie you want to see

Why do you need to access my camera.

I like the idea of this app. On my old Motorola X phone it was functional (though usually very slow & sometimes it would crash) but since upgrading to the new Nexus 6p it won't open at all. I'm a weekly visitor to my local showcase and would like nothing better than for this to be a top notch app.I also think it would be greatly improved if they added concessions ordering capability.

Stopped working today , wouldn't associate with my star pass card that we've had for three years. Wouldn't pull up the tickets we purchased last week. Nearly had to repurchase them. Thanks for nothing

Thanks to this app freezing and being unresponsive, I almost missed out on a once in a lifetime live event. After trying several things I finally got it to work, but it was sloooooow. Barely made it. Samsung S7.

This is like my best experience ever it was. You have to try this in order to have the best opinion. I love this app!

App has been good until these pass few months the app has been taking to long to open and alot of the times it just won't load up at all. fix please

For some reason I can't purchase any ticket, when I choose a movie I can see the show time, but when I choose a specific time I can't go any further

The application takes forever to boot up, and that's if your lucky and it loads at all.

It was always slow to begin with on my old phone (Galaxy S4) but at least it worked. But now on my Note 5 it doesn't work at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and I still have yet to get it to work properly. What's the point in having an app if I still have to go onto the web to buy tickets in advance?

I can't imput more than one number or letter on the password field, I just miss my movie

It's so confusing to use , the website is much better.

The latest update made a bit faster, but when loading the available seats screen, it's still takes a bit too long, especially at busy traffic times. It'd also be good to be able to return and get refunded if we accidently buy too many or the wrong tickets /times. Maybe up to an hour before the showing? Finally, we should be able to use the app to redeem our rewards and not have to rely on a piece of paper given to us at the kiosks.

Movies are described in detail and showing times are accurate

App doesn't list the fantastic 4 movie as playin in the Jamaica multiplex. Even though it is playing there . I've uninstalled.and installed. 2 times

So i got a free movie ticket, but it seems i cant use it thru the app. Also when switching phone dont expect the tickets you bought in advance to show up in the app.

Updated to New version and my recent tickets will not show on app. Booo!
