Le nouveau musée a été aménagé de manière à refléter le caractère historique de ses collections, un ensemble d'œuvres d'art réunies par des particuliers fortunés aux 18e et 19e siècles. The new museum was designed to reflect the historic character of its collections, a collection of works of art acquired by wealthy individuals in the 18th and 19th centuries.
