ShoreTel Mobility Client for Android
Doesn't seem to work. Constant issues showing online. Enterprise calls not working. Very poor solution, I would be ashamed to be a developer of it.
Substandard & unreliable, often fails to work internal calls and has not worked with external calls for months despite an external consultancy completely setting up the account again from scratch.
On the Galaxy S8 it will not stop asking for my username and password almost unusable. Would rate much higher if fixed.
Every time I get a call the app crashes & I cannot tell who calls.
Please update support page with new version changes.
It's not that bad. Medium to good mobility solution for voip

Works great. Running via Connect Mobility. All problems I've read in other reviews appear to be configuration issues. They read like regular trouble tickets that I myself have resolved periodically. I challenge someone to find another UC solution that offers the same features with ease of use and configuration. Not to mention the cost factor.
Samsung S3...works ok...screen blank for long time in incoming call...voicemail connectivity sporadic....often slow...when none of that is happening, very convenient app Updated to S5...Worked ok until I installed most recent version of this app and android operating system updated....

never got an answer to any questions or support email to Dev. went ahead and bought nexus 6p- on supported list, but now does not work on Android 7, cannot recommend this company have deleted app from 6p as I stated, can not recommend 9/13/16 update
User name and password keeps on prompting even with the "remember login checked". Making the app unusable.
It's hard to imagine how this app would survive with a client base which wasn't required by work to use it.
Does not work after upgrading to Android 7. Locks Up, crashes, won't connect. Update already.

Galaxy S6 says it is supported. But apparently not on US Cellular. Username and password prompt continually comes up. Even with the save password box checked. Ends up causing issues ny locking me out on network computer.
This version of the app is working without any issues on my Galaxy S6 Active. Would give 5 stars if the interface was cleaner. Directory searching is not super intuitive.
Need update to Android 7, I can't use my Nexus 6p with Shoretel Mobility now, it keeps crashing, not responding and eating up battery life.
After upgrading to Nougat on Nexus 6p the app is eating all the battery
Our company has had consistent issues with this app ever since we went move with it over a year ago
It gets the job done, but not without user intervention every now and again. I'd like the ability to get rid of the persistent notification though.
Very unreliable. They have tons of room for improvement. You never know when the whole service will go down for hours.

This app has never worked for our company since Day 1 when it was rolled out. Calls are dropped, sound is delayed, calls never make it to my extension, and on and on...Horrible waste of resources. If my company is paying more than $1/month for use of ShoreTel services, it is too much. Using Samsung Galaxy S5.
Seems to be a challenge to configure it to my android device. Consumes way too much of my phones resources. Using it because I'm forced too, but because it's a superb extension of my Shortel desk phone.
Still unable to provision phone. Been nearly 2 years of trying to get the Android version to work, this is the only one app from Shoretel we have trouble with.
I just updated my phone (OnePlus One) to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and this app no longer works. The app force closes when it is opened. Please update the app to be compatible with the latest version of Android ASAP, I use this for my work phone number.
All the latest comments issues have been resolved in the 9.0.84.107 build.
I travel a lot and use this app during travel. Very good for joining meetings. Also, good alternative to desk phone.
It's OK. Frequently goes to black unresponsive screen on any model of Android I've tested with. Not terrible. Consistently runs in background which is better than iPhone for sure. IPhone constantly have to bring app up to initialize to get calls. This will run on bootup just fine. Black screen issue has been around for awhile. Also this app ignores audio settings. If I put my volume to vibrate the ringer on the app still makes its ring tone sound.
Crashes from time to time, also loses registration and stops ringing at least once a week. Otherwise works well.

S5 Verizon. App crashes all the time. Locks up phone. It's not very stable. Can't recommend to my coworkers until bugs are fixed. Just too many problems to be productive.
Very inconsistent. They should have tested this product before releasing it.
It crashes alot even when you are not using or have enabled the app.

Does not play nicely with Android 5. when active it disables all sounds for incoming native calls and ShoreTel calls.

Never works. We spent thousands b/c Shoretel assured us upgrading would solve all problems and instead we have more than we started with. This app constantly shows me as offline and so will not ring for my incoming "Enterprise calls". It also crashes constantly. It's useless and they should be put out of business The Connect app for Windows is no better. The only support we can get is "uninstall and reinstall the app and reboot the phone "which I've done literally 20 times it works for an hour and then doesn't work until I uninstall and reinstall again. Last of all of this isn't just me this is everyone in our company having the same issues.
