Kenmore Alfie

The service is awesome, unfortunately the app has some bugs but I got some recommendations, go ahead and use this service I still recommend it. If you want to set up your alfie device you will need to make sure you have b,g,n setup on your router mainly that b and g are available this will fix the issue with adding alfie. Don't worry about leaving the app up just tap on the notification as leaving the app open won't usually pull up new messages and app switching will crash the app but this app isn't designed to be open all the time just so you can see the links once the stuff is setup. It will work fine. The service is great I'm really good at finding unique things on the internet but they find it so much faster. Also if you have problems logging in, I will just mention I already had a shopyourway account so I was able to log in just fine so that may be the issue try using shopyourway and go from there

This app is terrible. I have tried several times to install, but it freezes somewhere in the process. It is useless.

It doesn't load up and keep saying error

Once I got to sign in and put my password in, it freezes. Who the hell decided to make all these things that seem to not work in large part? Probably the same dumbass making all the other decisions slowly putting Sears in the toilet. Thanks for nothing yet again Sears.

I love this app! When I connected to my WiFi and phone, it helped me cure a rare form of cancer I had. Would totally recommend!

If you want to connect to WiFi need to unplug and then retry set up worked for me...

I was not able to connect to the network, it told me to try to reconnect to the wireless network and I did many times I even reset the device 2 times and it still did not work, we'll put it back in the box and use it as a paperweight.

The alfie sucks on so many lvls its scary

The device/app had difficulty connecting but I hit the reset button and it connected on its own. It does have a slow response time but given that it has to search 1000's of stores and products it's no big deal. Just go on about your business while it searches and your phone will notify you once it's found what you're looking for.

It does not work. Response too slow. Waste of money on this unit. It is just don't work.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app and STILL cannot get a connection. Judging by other comments, I am not alone. It appears this device is nothing more than a paper weight or hockey puck.

Can not connect to wireless router. Tossed it in thrash. Not worth wasting the gas or time taking it back.

Could not get it to work tried uninstallering and re-installing but no luck. Just would not connect on IPhone or Android S6. uninstalling and using as paper weight. Useless

ABSOLUTELY PURE JUNK. NEVER CONNECTED. TRIED A MILLION TIMES. EVEN THE SUPPORT PAGE ON WEBSITE DIDN'T WORK. WHAT THE HELL.

This app is so difficult to connect to, I'm still not able to connect to it so... I'm not going to use it. Sorry Kenmore bad product bro.
