This app keeps deleting items as I add more when it asked me to login it deleted my cart. Ps most of the reviews on this app are fake they literally say they're part of some training thing. Grocery Butler was better your garbage company has ruined a good thing.

Deliveries often outside delivery window, got a voucher for one that was over an hour late and it didn't work. Took over three weeks to get this resolved (with promises of contact from "management" that never happened). Still don't have refund

I checked out the Aldi products, only to discover that you marked up the prices by at least 20%. (Abruzzo coffee pods - $5.99 in store, $7.99 on Shopwings.) Good idea, but not for solo folk.

I can't use this app anymore- it won't let me past the opening screen.

OK app the shoppers are great

I can finally do online shopping in my favourite supermarkets! The shoppers are very friendly and I really enjoy the personal approach of this service, not to mention the fact that it's super fast.

Worst service I've ever had. Not only were 15 items missing from my order, but the promised gift voucher for the inconvenience and attitude I got from the delivery guy never appeared. Don't waste your time.

Not available in my area and I'm in an inner Melbourne suburb. The reviews left, the language used and that there were 20 5-star comments from 500 downloads smacks of paid positive reviews which would be lame, in my opinion. Get the product right before telling me to download it and having "paid actors" tell me how good it is.

The app is good. I like the convenience more than anything.. very handy service- especially with a newborn! The delivery people are always lovely too.

Twice in the past couple of weeks I have ordered groceries and they have arrived outside the delivery time! Tonight my order was to arrive btw 4pm-5pm and its now 6pm and still hasn't arrived!!

This app is the biggest load of crap ever. Never lets me sign in!!!!!

I applied for a job at ShopWingsAU, got all my paperwork ready and also opened up a Commonwealth bank account. I had received my card in the mail that day, and "shopwings" decided to tell me through telegram that I was no longer fit for the role for no apparent reason?! Absolutely disgusting service for it's potential employees, I will be telling all my friends and family NOT to use your services AT ALL. I will also be writing bad reviews everywhere possible online to do with ShopWingsAU.

Case of Becks at Dan Murphy's $41. Here's for $56 +$10 for delivery... Mmm something not adding up. Good idea guys, but too pricy!!

I’m quite ill & ShopWings came in handy for me when I needed last min. Groceries. My Personal Shopper was fantastic - friendly, great communication skills & easy to get along with. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Thought I would try the service by using my last bill (Less than 2 weeks old) and comparing with shopwings. I found shopwings had marked every single item up by 20%. The bill ended up something like $46 extra and that wasn't even including delivery. What's the point?

I buy all my groceries this way. Personal shopper is excellent and will call you if your item is not available. Love it so easy.

All the groceries came on time, the shopper was really nice and polite and the best part is that I didn't have to leave my house to have my fridge full! Thank you, you have such a useful service, for sure I'll order again!

No way to turn off mobile notifications + an email saying 'not possible to cancel this newsletter' - deleting the app, that should stop the unwanted notifications. EDIT: I appreciate the reply. I will still use the service - just desktop only.

I'm no longer able to get to the checkout and buy groceries. I just get endless error messages.

I gave it a try.. once, now most of my shopping goes through it! :D

Where in melbourne do I have to be to get this service to work? Apparently it isn't available in my area and a few places I have family.

I ordered online in Melbourne. My groceries from Aldi arrived so fast that it surprised me. They even delivered me fresh fruits and vegetables. I wholeheartedly recommend the service. :)

Wow, finally a great supermarket ordering app, that delivers from my local stores and brings me the groceries I need very fresh and even at the same day. I tried it out in Sydney from Aldi and Coles, and they delivered me fruits, vegetables and even fish and meat. That was very easy and convenient for me, because I did not had to handle the heavy stuff and saved a lot of time. App is really nice and easy to you, hopefully more stores will be available soon.

I tried this application in Melbourne and I love it! I didn't to go to the supermarket for my groceries... Anyway I hate it .. Just one inconvenient ,we can't order in two different shops

The Shopwings delivery service is great as it is. And now I can grocery shop while commuting back from the work, very nice!
