I have been shopping with shop to for quite a few years now and never have had any problems. Even on the rare occasion when something does go wrong they are very quick to rectify the best they can. Brilliant site and good app aswell. Keep up the good work.

Says I already registered, so me thinking I was being stupid went to reset password and it says that my email isn't registered??? Makes no sense... Ill give it a better rating when the app works

Found out about Shopto off a old clanmate when he ordered The Division and this company is that good he got his game before release day and since my switch from XB1 to PS4 this is only place I am ordering and pre-ordering from again

I've used shopto for a good few years now and as far as retailers go they are top notch, however the app is a disgrace, it's so much easier to put the website bookmark on you home screen

A little unintuitive sometimes - why can't I add a payment option? - but app gets the job done. I'm five-starring the service, Shopto is consistently awesome.

Does not need all excess animations with drop down menus. Makes browsing a chore.

Cant raise a issue ticket even though there are options to do so, and does not login half the time. Would not recomend this app

Shopto is a great site and have been ordering from them for years. The app is a bit clunky but it works and does the job. Always fast reliable shipping from them as well.

The search is rubbish. The results are ok I think but whoever thought that white text on a light grey background in the search bar was a good idea needs to be hung by the balls.

THIS APP IS A JOKE.Missing a lot of features I find myself having to use the website in the end. I love shopto but this app is horrible the menu and buttons are fiddly and it just lacks so much , really whoever made this needs the sack and removing from this industry

I used this app to purchase items online & they actually arrived at my house. This is amazing!! I think other shops should try this!

Using the app is easier than being on A PC. Checkout is a breeze. A far as Shopto themselves I cannot fault them. I've seen the odd new release cheaper now and then but still buy from these guys due to the high level of service.

It's good, occasionally has a bargain, and prices on new releases can be sometimes cheaper but find the app frustrating sometimes and they don't always have the stuff I want in stock. Delivery times are fantastic though.

Nearly bought a game for 50 and ended up paying a lot less on this app! Perfect.

Found it easy to make purchases. Only thing I'd like is if you could pay for preorders in advance like the website.

I love using the online store of ShopTo, but this app can be a bit finnicky at times. Still, it's definitely usable, and makes it easy to view your account, buy games, and all that jazz.

This app won't allow me to purchase anything because I can't seem to update my credit/debit card details. I've tried via the checkout and My Account settings and nothing. So it seems as if I'll have to make this purchase using my desktop PC which is basically rendering this app unfit for purpose due to its poor functionality. Also, unlike the website, no Paypal option was available. Furthermore, the contact centre doesn't work properly!

Really like ordering from shopto. Order things off there and 9/10 it's at my door the next day

Games are usually we'll priced and delivery times are insane! Always incredibly prompt :D

Everything is cheaper and very fast reliable delivery. Would of got more stars but some features are missing from app that are on main site like console maker and more in depth account information. Do like shopping for all my gaming needs here though would recommend.

Been using Shopto for several years and I'd rate them as possibly best online retailer I've ever used. The app is great addition too as ordering is simple and it's well designed to make it very accessible

Very reasonable prices although if you shop about can find a little cheaper sometimes, but I must say they can't be beaten on delivery most times I have ordered something it is there waiting for me the next day

Competitive prices, free and quick shipping and yet to encounter a problem with an order. Shopto has been my preferred online retailer for computer games for a few years now and I've not seen any rival sites to change that.

New version of the app worked great! The only thing that let it down for me was the quality of the pictures and graphics quality. But overall good!

Stumbled across shop to many moons ago and have used it ever since, games tend to get delivered before General sale!

Wish the Android back button would send the app back rather than attempt to close, otherwise perfect

The app really feels easy to use these days when it first came out it was a bit clunky. It has really come a long way and works beautifully.

Shopto is the best place I have found for ordering games online. Cheaper than other places and the delivery is second to none. I never use anyone else anymore

No complaint here it's pretty basic nothing too hard to do or know not had any problems or needed to go on a desktop pc to fix or confirm anything it just works.

I can't recommend Shopto enough. Good prices, fast delivery and if you pre-order a game chances are you'll get it the day before release.

Shopto are the only GOTO for buying games for me. The app is OK but really needs to perform like the actual site as some stuff is hidden on the app than on the site...
