Great app and receiving vouchers only downside is it only allows me to snap 5 receipts day

Keep getting suspended as apparently I'm uploading invalid receipts. The reciepts are in date and valid. I cannot cash out and have been uploading correct reciepts. I have emailed but keep recieveing the same emails back. Not good

I had to uninstall the app for about an hour during some troubleshooting. When I reinstalled it my points balance (∼7500) and level (∼67) didn't restore to the phone, despite signing in with my phone number as required. Customer "Service" exact words were "I can't help you". Useless.

Every single time I get invited to sign up, it says there is a server error and to try again later. I even tried using a friend's code. Well, 2 days later and 6 notifications later, still the same error.

Dont like the update the questions now make uploading take longer but still something for nothing.

Easy and fun to play

A lot of glitches lately, screen freezing a lot. Today I haven't been able to upload a receipt. I was impressed with this app but if it doesn't get debugged I will cash out and uninstall.

Worked perfectly until last update now it won't accept any receipts? Tried uninstall and installed again but still won't work. Love this app when it works.

Been using this for a week or so now and not sure if this will be used much or if ill stick to receipthog. The way it works is you scan receipts get couns then either enter sweepstakes or collect 10,000 for £5 voucher/cash. Ive now scanned about 25 receipts, spent god knows how much on the sweepstakes but have won nothing and im not so sure the sweepstakes are all real as checking alot of members who have done 10 or under sweepstakes win regularly. Secondky items such as the bath bombs and inflatable pillow are in sites like elitedeals for £1 each so really isnt worth the "gamble" oh and when you loose a sweepstake thegbare nice enough to give you a percentage of coins back alrhough it is programmed so it is mainly 10 or 20 coins received back. Would say dont expect to get rich or to win the sweepstakes but if usong receipthog then use this and just scan the receipts for coins not sweepstakes 2018 UPDATE - Well still no sweepstake win but have being saving the points and although yime consuming it has added up to about £10 gift cards BUT it appears that now have too answer questions regarding EACH receipt I scan. Fine extra time then surely the incentive will be a bit higher even just 5 extra points for each receipt but no same rewars for more of my time....... does this sound fair to you guys? Ill let you decide for me I use it and just always go with my household and consume in my own home now and avoid the sweepstakes

Was liking the app till my phone got stolen and my contract got terminated. Apparently there is no way of transferring account to another device. 17000coins lost. So be warned you'll end up with no pts if your contract ends or if you lose your phone or it gets stolen. UPDATE TO REPLY - There is nothing I can do to get my 17000 coins back, my accounts linked although I have all details. I messaged you before writing review and you said no if you can't use the device your original account is on then you've lost your coins!!! UPDATE TO REPLY. You asked me to contact your customer services again. I did. Same outcome... ..ALL 17000 COINS LOST. Don't get your phone stolen people!!!!!

It use to be brilliant but most of my receipts won't upload anymore. So it's a waste of time at the moment

Im use 42 day but even one day can't scan my recipt. Writing emails and emsils but now one solved the problem. So im my opinion the app is vest of time.

RIP OFF took my 10,000 coins and now trying to say i didnt do it ....errrrr yes i did fell totaly cheated ripped off DONT BOTHER USING THIS FIND A BETTER ONE..soon as you try to cash in they rob you ....

Didn't send my voucher after 10000 points claim...total rubbish

It's a really good app to get amazon voucher but the process is long. But the wait is worth it. Awesome! It's hard to win the prizes though. But I always have to contact them every time I checkout 1000 coins because I don't get my amazon voucher. Like right now I contacted them like 4 days ago and still no reply!!

As long as prize turns up. 5 stars. Good fun app. Now no star! Update has killed the app. What happens to all our levels and coins. ? Bugs fixed and all good. Back to 5 stars. And another prize. What's not to like! Prizes do turn up. Got to be in it to win it. Grab your slot when available.

Just won my 1st prise so very happy! The points add up quickly and its really easy to use! Occasionally freezes when uploading a receipt but worth it to keep trying!

Loved this app until my phone crashed! Lost all my 18k+ points. Started all over again and now it keeps stating newer version available but yet I can't update to it. Keeps freezing????

I just won my first sweepstake I'm so very pleased. Love this app. Had issues regarding upload freezes but was sorted instantly on contacting the developers.

Would be great if i could refer friends. My friend cant even fund it on the google play store and neither can i unless i go through my "my apps" part on google play store. Takes ages to get couns up and i never win on the sweepstakes even after spending thousands of coins on them :-(

Worked fine at the start now unable for some reason to upload any more receipts despite re installing the app..customer service very poor responding to my query/ complaint

This app is brilliant for receipts it doesn't take long to get enough points for an Amazon voucher however getting the voucher is the hard part they explain you will receive after 48 hours which is never the case I contact customer support and last month I had to contact them 4 times before I received a reply.
