Downloaded this app with the specific purpose of booking several Thai domestic sectors for our family.. selecting the flight, fare etc for BKK-CNX was easy. Completing the booking proved impossible. After multiple attempts at entering each passenger's date of birth (with absolutely no success), I gave up. With so many options on the popular Thai routes, Thai Smile really needs to fix their mobile app. I ended up booking with Bangkok Airways, simply because their app works perfectly!

Terrible app. Times out all the time. Forgets all prevoius entries if a slight change is made. Country names are not even in alphabetical order and countries missing. App written by imbeciles.
