App is just the website and VERY SLOW TO LOAD! Super annoying! Don't waste your time.

This app is awesome! Never had a glitch, so convenient and very user friendly!! I enjoy the outstanding layout and convenient options..remind of appts, refills, manage Drs; it's all there... and secure????????

Some my rx are listed twice n I've missed out on meds cuz the refill were taken up by the double listings

It's not so much the app I had a problem with it's the fact that they sent me all of the $10 gift cards and I can only use 1 per order in the app when you need $100. For free shipping the cards are just there to cover the shipping and even if I call and give them my order number over the phone they say I have to pay separately so I have shipping charges on everything

It never works. And keeps telling me to update when it's already updated

It is slow, however so is the website. It is super annoying that you have no way to display others on your account so I end up on the website anyway.

If you download it to try and view the items on there website...... don't bother....... It just opens up a slower link to there already very slow website.

I can't add my daughter's meds on it so i have to go on line to do her refills anyways so i don't use it much.

Please add where price can be seen for prescriptions. It would be nice to see when a prescription is available for pickup what the total is.

The app won't let me refill my meds anymore.

Wish it could be for an entire family.

Do not get the text alerts when the prescription is ready for pick-up and living 20 miniutes away this would be a nice feature. Being able to add family members to the acount would also be great. But overall the app does what I need it to do.

I quit using this app years ago figured id see if y'all cared enough to fix the lagging freezing there a ton wrong with this app. I recommend if anyone is thinking about getting it DONT ITS JUNK!

Stupid app. Doesn't even have my local store/pharmacy in store locator. All it does is manage prescriptions. If you want to shop the store the button just opens in your browser. I can do that much myself. You can't manage your loyalty card there because it doesn't show up anywhere. No links to it either. If you click any links in that section it returns a "gorbidden" message. Says you have to login when you're already logged in. Just stupid and uses space on device for nothing. Doesn't have anywhere to register receipts from in-store purchases, only tracks mail-order purchases. I'm sure there's more but I'm not wasting anymore time to find out.

Difficult to navigate, clunky to use, and God forbid you want to take a med off the auto-refill system. Takes a minor miracle or act of congress.

What platform was this update tested on?!?!? You broke it I really did like using the old one Please fix it

Definitely worth getting. Makes it much easier to order prescriptions. You don't have to take the time to call anymore. Just scan it, or enter your prescription number. It's pretty convienent once you figure how to scan, follow the instructions! You don't necessarily need an account.

I don't know what is up with your app but half the time it doesn't work. My Rx's don't have bar codes anymore so how am I suppose to scan them? Didn't get any reminder on text to fill. Too much to go on. Disappointed in whatever you did. Also why does it take 10 min to log in. ????

Lately its been telling me its got maleware... its causing me to çlose. Viruses...why? I use this to get my prescriptions..

This is always "unable to connect to server". Even on wi-fi. Please fix this, Shopko. Otherwise, it's useless.

I get more updated info using the app as well as how fast the info loads. A lot faster than a person on the phone looking at the computer screen.

This is a great app to have it makes having to keep up with a lot of medications really easy it keeps you informed about your refills ahead of time

Love this for managing my prescriptions. Would be even better if I could add family members.

The major thing that is putting me off of this is that I can't add my family. I'm not the only one who needs things from the pharmacy. I'm a busy parent. I don't mean to forget to refill or pickup my kids meds. Having an Rx reminder like this would be great for the family. But..... it's a solo app unfortunately.

Would be a 5, but I don't get the text alerts. They should also notify if they are not able to meet the agreed upon "ready by" time. My last fiasco was when I did not receive a notice I called. They told me it wouldn't be ready until xx/xx/xxxx. When I did not get a notice by then I called again and was told... guess what... it had been filled and ready to go by the first promised date!!

Often won't open prescriptions until 2 to 4 tries. No ability to edit account information such as phone or email. Scan window is too small, won't scan 8 out of 10 attempts.

I was looking for high heel shoes for my graduation and I got a doll instead. I hate this app and am deleting this as soon as possible!!!

Constantly says it can't connect to the server. Very frustrating. If I could get on when I need to it would be a great app.

Worked once, will not connect to server. Will wait to see if fixed or better times, Samsung Core prime.

Flat out doesn't work on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) and locks up. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling without success.

Omg fix your app! I use it to fill my prescriptions and I know two other people who use the app and they have problems too. 90% of the time the app crashes and doesn't work.

When prescriptions are called in by doctor they take a minimum of 2 hours to fill verses taking a prescription there by hand which takes 15 minutes

The previous version worked so much better. I can't tell when my prescriptions are ready anymore, I don't get my text alerts. Yesterday I logged in and it showed the script had been filled, when it should have said in progress as they had to order it in. We live 10 miles outside of town, so this is a huge frustration. They should go back to the other version. It looked a lot nicer, and functioned very well. This app has gone from being a hero to a zero! If it makes a difference, I have a galaxy s5.

The search is not good. Type in what you want to find and get several items that aren't even related. A great source of aggravation.

I'm able to refill my prescriptions easily. Does what I need, so no complaints, but it's nothing brilliant otherwise.

Used to be pretty good. Now I can rarely login without an error coming up. Pain in the butt and waste of time time. Obviously this isn't a concern since it continually happens to people.
