Seems offers getn less.wish a larger varity off offers.include alcohol.Mostly only 2-3 offers i can use.being only two in my house.regular buying items are good.i wish users could like a item & have multibuy & free items like CHECKOUT SMART(plz view)hope to see the items maybe more suited to the individual app user. Upload major issues.needs major improvement. Is the 2nd best cash back app.keep up good work

Haven't used it for 2-3 weeks as I was on holiday. Now locked out of account alongside all my family members without any warning. Apparently people are being accused of fraud. What on earth?! This is ridiculous. There wasn't anything in the terms and conditions about 1 account per household and none of us tried to use the same receipt on multiple accounts, so this action makes no sense at all.

Just had to reinstall app as It was locked. I've reinstalled and it's nothing like it was. The current offers are for 11 days and a total of £3 something. It used to run for 7 days and be anything from 9 to 13 pound available. Disappointed x

Used to love this app . Why has it changed? A lot less offers now. Plus the things I used to buy regularly, like milk have been removed! Have withdrawn my cash as I don't think I'll use it much anymore .

A lot of the time receipts are uploaded and then over a week later there appears to be an issue. Too late to fix. Also offers are few and far betwewn. Much better off with top cashback app

Used to have a good selection of offers but recently have shortened it to 2 for up to two weeks at a time and only giving 10/20p each! And usually two completely random things you'd never buy. Will never be able to withdraw my balance at this rate.

Their rules stated 1 account per bank account, so family members can have different accounts, however, they criminalised as and called us fraudsters for doing this. I'm uninstalling it now. There are many nicer apps.

Once a 5* app. Now sending out abusive and threatening emails to members, closing their accounts with money still in to avoid paying. Absolutely shocking. Offers have gone downhill as well. Never, ever again!

Offers aren't any good the milk was great getting 25p a week back, i saved the money and cashed in almost ￡20 a year with a couple of other offers but without the bread and milk offers this app is dead in the water.

Didn't accept the first photo of my receipt which then got thrown away so tried emailing the photo to customer services. Still refused to accept it. Don't waste your time with this rubbish.

Very odd app only has 2 offers. Never seems to update any new offers. Think I will try a different app. Also no way of contacting customer service. Poor app.

The camera is upside down on Google nexus 5x, enormously inconvient! Can this be fixed? Can't claim any rewards in the mean time! ... Update: camera still upside down 6 months on, is obviously a hard issue that other app developers have been able to fix

Hmmm.... it seems as if Shopitize has died. I miss the ol' thing. Stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S3 - but worked on a tablet. Same issue with someone else's account on their (not my) Samsung Galaxy S3. Now offers are minimal, and the deal prices aren't that impressive. Not really worth the effort. Ah well

One of the most useful apps on my phone. And now that the problem with Lollipop is fixed, the experience is even greater. Though I wish there were more offers available for the products I buy. Finally would like to see Material Design.

I used to like this app, but it's had no offers at all for a couple of weeks. It just says I've used all available offers, despite the fact that I've yet to see any offer available. Totally useless.

unable to lock in all times not just me but my friends too still have credit in my account unable to get it out and also no reply at all when you email to them what a waste of time.

Sort yourselves out you idiots. Accusing loyal members of fraud so you can keep their money. Pay up and go into administration.

This app is useless. I get 2 offers every 10 days to earn 20p. Items are random. Since November I have saved 20p WOW. It used to be good app. What I have I can't withdraw. Checkout smart and shopmium are far better. Looks like I'm uninstalling. Waste of time.

I don't understand what's happened. This app used to be brilliant.. now I'm constantly told I've redeemed all offers when I've not even seen them!

Use to give away lots of great freebie s now barely £1 cash back while check smart n shopm give away loads of freebies time to close shopitize

This used to be quite a good app. As with all shopping apps they may/may not have listed products you buy but you could always rely on some cashback being available on bread or milk for example. Not any more! This week cashback is available on only 2 items. In the same week Quidco has cashback available on 70+ items on Click & Snap! As with other users they've also falsely accused me of fraud aswell! My advice is not to waste your time with this App.

Earned 189 pound over the space of 2 years. Was really happy until I went to withdraw my money. IT'S VANISHED. Now balence is showing zero. Emailed but no reply! Scammer's!!!

I used to love this app but it's not very good anymore. I've cashed out a fair bit in the past. Hardly any offers or the ones there are, are rubbish

Used to be decent, now not more than 2 very crap offers every 2 weeks. No way to build up credit and the credit I already had is also useless.

Deleted my account after 6 months being inactive. Not stated in terms and conditions.

When the app work its fantastic but often u get the receipt unrecognised, at one point I spent 1.5 hours trying to get the robot to read my receipt to claim 65p, also after we snap the receipt it shows ?back in a minute" but actually take 5 or more minutes so waist a lot of time over peanut money

Trying to snap a receipt is harder than other apps. Constantly get "There was a problem..." - the problem is the app and this means making a claim is difficult. The offers are OK but limited.

Love the app, not as many offers as. there used to be. Also it takes lots of attempts to photo receipt. Sometimes I give up trying.

Tried to reset password. Won't let it. Almost no usefull offers and when you try to claim, it crashes. I don't have whole day to claim 25p.. Uninstalling

I have been denied twice now being told I've already submitted my receipts, despite only getting them that day. Delete and don't bother... turns out they are owned by quidco.. beware when installing other apps

Numerous defects have been reported over the last couple of years - most still persistent to this day. Latest "issue" is an inability to access my account to withdraw my money for the very first time. Slow response to emails is a given. Word is that they are going out of business - arbitrarily locking accounts to prevent customer withdrawals with no notice and, in some cases, on spurious grounds. Not impressed with this blatantly crooked behaviour. Please avoid these amateurs. Small claims court here I come.

Each Wednesday I'd look on here for what deals I could use to save on my Grocery shop as the list of items was so vast. Now after logging out, uninstalling, re-installing usual yadder yadder for making sure the app works it seems there just aren't any more than TWO offers each week and THEY are not very good. From 5/5 to 2/5. What happened Shopitize?

After months of not using it because I was opting for a healthier lifestyle and avoiding buying stuff because they were on offer, I realised I have been locked out of my account. I don't remember if I had any money left in my account, but can't even check this. I wasn't sent any message from shopitize about this happening either. I don't know what's going on.

Well after months of collecting offers, account reset to £0.00, before having a chance to withdraw any money - not worth the effort!

I originally gave this app a good review, but over the last few months I have changed my opinion. It rarely accepts receipts first time and I have had to submit some receipts up to 4 times. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it as I thought it was my phone that was the problem, but I now have a new phone. Sometimes I have thrown the receipt away before I get a message through to resnap, I know, my fault. I never have this problem with other cash back apps.
