Shopee Philippines – Buy and Sell Online

OK app. Has a few bugs - like not letting me add to cart. Also, returns and refunds are still pretty inconvenient. Disputes take too much time and the app seems to be nonchalant towards irresponsible sellers who put up false claims and advertisements or just downright not put some items in the parcels. Would be better if there was more security with regards to returns and refunds.

Got some issues from this app before, but now no issue at all. They have been improved and still improving. I hope black arrow will have better service soon too

LBC sucks as a courier and Shopee's customer service is not being helpful, they always making you wait for "2-3/4-5 days" and nothing is being delivered. All the follow-ups are only useless.

Give us options to expedite delivery for international orders. Waiting for a month and order will be cancelled????

It user-friendly interface. Offers are reasonable. Flash sales are fantastic! You will need to choose sellers wisely, but the 'preferred' and 'official shops' make it easier. By experience, customer support has been excellent.

If you are after getting huge discount voucher go with Lazada instead. At least with Lazada they give out monthly or special occasion discount codes unlike Shopee they do not have those. You are better off with Lazada.

I like the return/refund option, COD and free shipping promos. Secure shopping :)

Shopee is great, although some sellers are not... specially from overseas....

Its been happening since last week, everytime na nagsesearch ako, sa home page nararoute ung sinesearch ko..cleared cache and data ng app then reinstalled again but still the same..hope mafix..

w just updated it today but wala eh. nakaloop ang loading sign. ang tagal ko nghintay. makailang ulit ko rin clinose ang app at buksan ulit pro same result. fix this pls. d ko na ma.open app ko

I like shopee, may daily prizes na may free shipping and cod pa. Pero pag damaged or defective ang item at gusto ipa refund or replace cargo na ng buyer ang pagpa ship ng item. Di gaya ng ibang online selling platform na sagot na nila ang pagpa ship back ng product, hassle kasi masyado lalo na pag 300+ lng ang worth ng binili mo tapos 100+ pa ship, di na tuloy worth it. Other than that okay naman sya. Sana matugunan naman itong problema na ito.

Lbc sucks. Walang silbi delay na ang dating ng items yung ibang electronic item sira na pag dating sayu wala man lang handle with care. Tapos pag dating mo sa lbc d ka manlang nila aasikasohin kasi COD kalang at FREESHIPING kalang tangina systema yan. Mag palit kay siguro ng courier yung reliable yung ipanadadala galing sa inyo with care yung tipong iningatan yung mga costumers nila. For LBC PAKYU KAYU.

I love the app in a convenient way madali makita yong items na hinahanap mo and maraming cheap lang kaya sa budget ok sya lagi ako bumibili diti online shop nama eechat mo agad si seller Unlike sa Iba.BUT TODAY nakakairita yong ibang seller na sila pa yong Galit na di mo nanamn kasalanan.I order the item 26 but nag chat sya 28 na nag sabi na out of stock daw so may convo na eecancel ko nalang mag hanap ako nang iba pero sa item parin nya ha.SO ICANCEL THE 1ST ONE THEN I ORDER AGAIN and tsaka mas higher na price na sya di sa 1st ko na hundred lang.So ngayon galit na galit sya WARNING KO NADAW WALA DAW CANCEL2 SA KANILA. F*** you guys. I won 30 shoppee coin fair and square then you take it away claiming it was an error! You guys don't have the integrity and honor and good business ethic. Just a bunch of credit grabbing self righteous a-holes!

The new updates in logging-in is definitely not awesome. It takes a lot of hours before I receive the message that OTP thingy will send to me and I need to wait like half hours or 1 half hour, it irritates me literally. Remove that OTP thing, it will destroy the reputation of the app.

late delivery!!! 4days in BAE HQ and still no movement at all!!! how long do you want to keep it in BAE HQ before you can have time to deliver it??? such a waste of time waiting if you can deliver the parcel or not!!! even the seller doesn't have the decency to answer the queries sent to her. she just literally ignored and seen the message and did not a send any confirmation message!!!

App is great except for one: I had to refund one order because the seller forgot to ship my items. Refund went to my shopee wallet, but I cannot use the money to buy other items; instead, I need to withdraw 1st the money to a bank account. Can't understand the logic in this.

They give me Fake tracking number. When i track it . No details found ikatlong orders ko na na ganito.. Puro mga mali ang ibinigay na tracking number kailangan ko pang mag email sa inyo bago makuha yung totoong tracking number.. Nakakadismaya..

POOR customer support. I already paid for the product and it's been 3 weeks now but no product arrived. I sent a message to cust support and they kept telling me they will expedite the delivey but still no order arrived. Now, they stopped responding to my emails. Nice one shopee!!

I am very disappointed with blackarrow. I never had issues with LBC and Ninja Van. BLACK ARROW NEVER DELIVER! THEY WILL TAG IT AS OUT FOR DELIVERY BUT NO CONTACT MADE TO DELIVER THE ORDERS. I have been waiting for my orders to arrive patiently and yet it never arrives everytime the courrier is black arrow. I would suggest not to affiliate with blackarrow anymore since a lot of issues has been raised based on their services.

I really love this app and I make money by reselling products. But I hate is there are so many rude sellers that however you treat them good they will still answer you with non respect. Hope they get banned . thank you!

Still new to Shopee, and I love the convenience of being able to buy and sell online. However, I had trouble when I wasn't able to receive my package and the seller became unresponsive. I called customer support and talked to a representative who didn't demonstrate a positive attitude towards my concern. I had to call again to clarify if my concern was acted upon, and it turned out that this representative sent me a report, with my e-mail address not being spelled correctly. She just assumed the spelling of my name. I'm lucky to be assisted by another representative named 'Ned', because he gave me the right details that I needed to know. He also apologized for the previous misunderstandings. He was very accommodating and kind. For me, this is the most convenient platform for online shopping. Kudos!

Bakit ba unsupported address karamihan sa mga items na gusto ko.. hahaist.. sarap na sarap na sa pag add to cart di naman pala supported ibang mga items... f mag flash deals, sana naman yung supported ng lbc.. naiinggit lang ako sa mga bumibili e ako di pwede, magbabayad naman ako.. hehe About sa app kadalasan hindi nagloload. Need pa irestart ang app.

This app sucks. The delivery guy is not accommodating and i ordered first time but they gave me a different item and they dont give any receipts. And the shipping is PER item so if you order 3 different items theres additional shipping fees.
