My order number 20170624048354. You guys have cheated me. My mother placed an order of Rs. 7000. But the products were all completely fake. When we dialed the number provided by you while booking it's coming as "does not exist". Feeling like you guys are here only to missguide/steel money by showing fake adds to ladies. No one should buy from your store. Really hate you guys. You guys didn't even give the money back. Really hate you people.

So ive done online shopping a couple f time from this website.. and m not satisfied with the quality f d product.. especially the clothing..the fabric s so poor..the deals look attractive but.. wen v recieve d product.. you are filled with disappointment..not satisfied with the quality.. and wen i ask fr returns.. they tell us that they can only exchange and cannot take it back.. breaking the trust f customers...

It doesn't deserve a single star totally fake site. If you buy any thing you will be cheated. My order number was 20170710054625. There is no option for return as well as no option for providing feedback so that no one else get cheated by them. All lines are busy and no reply on email too. Please be aware.

The worst service from the company. I have placed the order for the product. Cj team has confirmed my order. But after ten days I have called the customer care. They are telling your service area is not for delivery. Very poor service they are wasting customer's time.

product is not delivered according to add. Qyality of product is very cheap not comfortable. not satisfy from this product nd when i inform to shop cz for return they said it cannot b return only exchange.. but all online shopping naaptol nd etc.. they are return their products. very bad experience from shop cz they have not change the product. i want my product is to be return.

Not responding worst app. Earlier june2016 my 1st online shoping with shopcj tv channel buying zaveraath jewellery. And i satisfied with the item. But app was'nt respond i select so many items but they page not displayed and said unfortunately app was stoppes. 8times i uninstalled the app.

Very very Bad quality product. When I informed the customer care team they blatantly told me no guarantees on quality of product.. I recommend​ never to order. They do not refund. I hate it.......n feel cheated

Worst worst worst service I have ever used online. they PPL r making fool every body by selling garbage. They show something else and deleverd something completely different. Please don't believe in them guys otherwise you will also feel regret. On shopping time they committed me to give my money back if I don't like their product bt when they received money from me they r asking only for Chang how I believe that they will again deleverd me the right product... I am not happy with their exchange becoz they showed king size bed sheets bt it is not covering by bed properly and also the fabric is very poor. Worst shopping experience.I ordered on 5-4-17 my or. no.was 20170405036370 .when i received pack i was shocked that there was one t-shirt was less than i order and sunglass also received broken.Guys donot faith on this shopping channels.Kamine log ab call bhi attend nahi karte.totally cheater

this is a very bad online shoping channel. please nobody do shoping on this website.because as the product is delivered they never take return for any reason.this is really a bad shoping channel i realise it in my life and it happen with me.if you want online shopping then you can do on snapdeal.this is very good.because they return their product without any query.

Since all the shopping sites deliver to my pin code including the lesser known sites. Don't know what is wrong with this one. Since you don't deliver to my pincode it was no point keeping the app in on my phone.

I have ordered prestige champ mixer there was some fault with the product and when i called the customer care to report the issue they were so irresponsible. I recommend others not to buy anything from shop cj. They are fake.

From past two times whenever we place our order... Either we get the wrong item.( we complained about it .they replied after one month) or the item.. Never reaches us instead of that they snd us the free item(which was there with the order placed) and take delivery charge for free item.....(the main item we still didn't get it.... )....

i ordered 5 kurtis of size L/40 but after delivery there was 3 kurtis of size L/40.one kurti is size 42 and other one is 38...completely cheated by shop cj..the quality of the kurtis are 3rd class..2 kurtis are completely different when those were showing on tv..totally "fraud".my order no.20170704047095. my humble request to everyone think twice before purchasing anything from shop cj.

This is not a app, this is just web page , so badly managed. You cannot even select your address while placing order. Everytime I try to click on buy button, it takes me to a select address page where you have to fill your address details again and that page never gets submitted and you are stuck. Here I was thinking of giving review on the app malfunction but if you see there is no customer giving positive review after shopping, don't know how these people are carrying their business.

First of all.. All the tabs are not accessible. Mens fashion tab for shirts does not open up.
