Each update makes the app worse unfortunately..wish list was already a bit glitchy now it doesn't load. I also can't change the currency, it was set correctly but after the update has now been lost.

I've always bought from Shopbop mobile site but decided to use the app to make a purchase last night. I have fill in all the details and clicked the purchase button. A message popped up saying transaction could not be completed but a few seconds later I received sms from my bank that my card was charged. When I contacted Shopbop, they say they will not go thru with the transaction eventhough the amount was already released by the bank. So, in conclusion, your app sucks. I should've use the desktop version.

Why doesn't this app allow access to My Account? Can't view order history or make returns. Have to get into browser and SB website to do that. What's the point of the app then. Also, the Search function is pretty useless.
