The reviews game has changed. Sure it’s still all about sharing great experiences at your favorite businesses and reading up on what other people have to say. But now Shooger Ecco has stepped it up by putting you in direct communication with managers of the businesses you visit. Participating businesses are notified by Shooger Ecco when you post a review and if you have a sub-par experience you can ask us to mediate a possible resolution for you, turning your frown upside down!

Just choose the amount of time that you think is fair for the manager to respond to your concern and they’ll be immediately alerted with the details of your experience. Then, chat 1-on-1 chat with the manager and resolve your issue with them.

If the manager doesn’t respond in time, then your review goes public for everyone to see. But, let’s say the manager solves a problem for you, well maybe you’d like to reconsider and give them a better review.
You can also provide private feedback if you prefer dropping a discrete suggestion, but don’t forget to choose a discrete display name.

Give businesses honest feedback and offer them a chance to resolve sub-par experiences. Isn’t that a better way to experience life? We sure think it is!
