I had same problem with Nicholas I couldn't login and I'm using Android system as well, can't do much things by browsing via Chrome via phone because they don't have desktop version on website

Since i update to the latest version, i cant login. My phone is samsung S6

Everything was working just fine. But after they move my account to the new platform now I can't access my account from the app . Thanks

Before there was Benefit Icon. Now not showing. In old version was showing.

Shipito is a brilliant service. They have a great range of shipping companies for sending your parcels. Takes two weeks to get my items delivered! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to save money on shipping costs or get items from websites that don't ship to your own country!

Dont know why people comlain I can access successfully after update.

Says the app requires an update and to download new version from play store. But when I download still says the same.

Feature request: temporarily put account on hold so packages are not accepted until further notice! Every package now costs a fee, even unwanted packages! More control is needed!

I love shipito, their service is rock solid. But this app.. Sure needs a lot of improvement, text entry is so bad, I had pointed out this out with a team member on chat, months after, its no fixed, sometimes the forms like the customs declaration, don't get any text entry while you type. Packages are also displayed in a very tedious way. The main image should no open just that single image, but should display the entire gallery rather than clicking show details below. Then the entire interface needs rework.

Constantly asks you to relogin and to top it off they lost my parcel in the warehouse after taking pictures of it and me paying $53 for postage. $250 down the drain but don't worry, I got a $10 credit that I can't refund because it's under the $20 refund limit LOL

I have used this for two previous shipments; one from US and one from Austria and they both have been speedy as hell. This is the best service of its kind. App is very good for tracking also. Highly recommended.

Do not use this service! 1. HUGELY expensive, as in $30-75 per shipment. They advertised carriers ARE NOT OFFERED, only Fedex and only expedited. 2. They took 3 weeks to consolidate and ship my packages. During this time I had to keep contacting them asking "Whats the hold up" as they are not pro-active in their services and require constant hand-holding. 3. They have now lost two packages which they checked in, but cannot find. I now have to wait 30 MORE days (in addition to the previous 30) for their "if we dont find it we will reimburse it) policy to kick in. 4. THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL.

another milestone for shipito by going mobile! but absolutely no difference from using mobile browser, so what's the point of an app? and please add in assisted purchase as well, at least so i can check my previous purchased items and price etc.?

Predictive text sends the app crazy....app times out when changing delivery address

Can't log in on Huawei P6. It says that I don't have internet connection. Which obviously isn't true. Edit: Fixed!

On a Galaxy S4 when entering the description into the Customs Declaration if for example I type "Shipito shipito" I get "ShpShpio shpshpitshpshpito". Other than that It works well. I'm using the Standard Samsung keyboard and English (US)

Very helpful. It can use more updates by adding more features. Excellent start. I ve always enjoyed ur services of prompt customer service, expedited shipping and great savings on with different shipping companies!

No good. What's the point of the app if I can't complete the customs declaration and select shipping method. Largely pointless app.

Hasn't worked properly for a while now. Not loading package info.

...there are bugs. Two noticed within last version: 1) No info on timeline about new package but there was info about special request completed. 2) Click on "Add deposit" did nothing, only blank screen.

Guys, if you call this an app for mobiles, I will just call it a wrapper. There is little to no difference between using your app or simply browsing my account with my mobile browser. This app needs work, a lot of.

It is a great ideia, and I am sure it will be perfect with full funcionality. I wish you guys can make a list of all tracking numbers in one place, so I can track it easily and faster. This could be on app or regular online version. Thank you for your good and honest service.

This app should not be mistaken for a replacement to Shipito's range of online functionality available on their website. You can access only the time line, verification and credit card functions, not the customs submittals, consolidation, shipping or package requests. I'm a bit surprised that a company as thorough as Shipito (I've shipped with them for many years now) chose to rush such a half baked app to market.
