1. SmarTree+는 고객님의 개인정보유출을
방지하기 위하여 공인인증서를 기반으로
운영됩니다. 안전한 금융거래를 위하여
PC에서 발급받으신 공인인증서를 모바일로
복사 후 사용해주시기 바랍니다.
2. 모바일 기기를 통한 금융거래에 사용되는 아이디,
접속비밀번호, 공인인증서 비밀번호 등이 유출되지
않도록 주의하여 주시고, 비밀번호는 정기적으로
변경하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 사용자가 임의로 개조(ex.탈옥,루팅 등)한
단말기와 출시부터 임의개조(루팅)된 상태로
판매되는 스마트기기에서는 이용이 불가합니다.


[시스템 요구사항]
1. SmarTree+는 안드로이드 OS 4.0부터 사용가능하며,
4.1 이상에서 최적화되어 있습니다.
OS업그레이드를 통해 최적화 된 환경에서
이용해주시기 바랍니다.
2. 안드로이드 OS 4.0 미만 버전에서는 SmarTree+를
이용하실 수 없습니다. 이를 위해 ‘T-신영증권’ 앱을
일정기간 병행운영 할 예정이오니
이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.
3. 안드로이드 OS 6.0버전 미만을 사용하시는
고객님께서는 선택적 접근권한에 대해 선택적으로
동의할 수 없게 됩니다. 안드로이드 OS 6.0버전부터
동의방식이 크게 달라졌기 때문에 해당 스마트폰 내
소프트웨어 업데이트 기능을 이용하여
안드로이드 OS 6.0 이상으로 확인 후
업그레이드하시기 바랍니다.
4. 필수/선택적 접근권한을 개별적으로 선택할 수 있는
운영체제(안드로이드 OS 6.0버전이상)를 사용하고
있는 고객님께서는 접근권한에 대한 동의여부를
개별적으로 선택할 수 없는 문제가 발생할 수 있으니
