欣葉是從11張桌子開始的。成立之初就由現任董事長李秀英女士經營，並打破當時台菜餐廳只有清粥小菜、無大菜的既定印象， 為第一家將台灣筵席菜帶入台菜的餐廳。因應消費者多方面的餐飲需求，欣葉致力開發不同業種與品牌。
目前旗下品牌有 : 欣葉台菜、欣葉日式自助料理、欣葉呷哺呷哺、欣葉食藝軒、欣葉小聚、咖哩匠、金爸爸(PappaRich) Yan Ye is from 11 tables began.
