1. 스마트OTP 서비스 안내
1) 스마트OTP 란?
스마트폰에 신한스마트KEY카드(스마트OTP)를 접촉(Tag)하여 OTP비밀번호를 생성하는 보안매체 서비스입니다.

2) 이용 대상 고객
개인뱅킹 고객(개인 사업자 포함)

3) 스마트OTP 발급 안내
신한은행 영업점에서 신한스마트KEY카드 발급 신청
(신분증지참, 대리인 발급불가)

4) 신한스마트KEY카드 접촉 단말기 안내
NFC지원, 휴대폰번호가 저장된 USIM장착 안드로이드 스마트폰
- 본 앱 설치 후 이용 가능여부 즉시 확인 가능
※아이폰, 아이패드, 태블릿PC 이용불가

2. 서비스 화면 안내
1) OTP비밀번호 자동전송 및 수동입력
신한스마트KEY카드를 이용해 OTP비밀번호(일회용비밀번호)를 생성하고 인터넷/모바일 뱅킹화면에 직접입력 및 자동입력 설정을 할 수 있습니다.
(자동/수동 입력설정은 인터넷/모바일뱅킹 스마트OTP 입력화면에서 설정 가능합니다.)

2) OTP비밀번호 표시
OTP입력창이 있는경우, 폰뱅킹, 쇼핑몰 실시간계좌이체 결제에서 OTP비밀번호를 직접 보고 입력할 때 이용합니다.

3) 인증폰 등록
신한스마트KEY카드는 접촉 단말기 1개를 지정하여 인증폰으로 등록 후 이용할 수 있습니다.
●인증폰 등록 절차
먼저 신한은행 스마트OTP 앱이 설치
① 신한스마트KEY카드 신규 발행시 발급 받은 인증폰 등록에 필요한 1회용 비밀번호 확인
(1회용 비밀번호는 은행 영업일 기준 3일 동안 1회 사용이 유효함.)
② 신한스마트OTP전용앱 > 메뉴 > 스마트OTP관리 > 인증폰 등록
③ 인증폰 등록 비밀번호 입력
④ 신한스마트KEY카드 태깅
⑤ 인증폰 등록 완료

4) OTP비밀번호 생성 방법
신한은행 뱅킹 사이트에서 은행 업무 진행시 OTP비밀번호를 요청한 경우 신한스마트OTP 전용앱을 이용해야 합니다.

●OTP 자동수신 설정인 경우
① 스마트 폰 NFC(읽기/쓰기모드) ON 상태 확인
② 신한스마트KEY카드 스마트폰 태깅
③ 신한스마트OTP전용앱 실행
④ 메인 메뉴 > 신한스마트KEY카드 태깅
⑤ 거래내역 확인
⑥ OTP비밀번호 입력완료

●OTP 수동입력/ OTP비밀번호 표시 설정인 경우
① 스마트 폰 NFC(읽기/쓰기모드) ON 상태 확인
② 신한스마트KEY카드 스마트폰 태깅
③ 신한스마트OTP전용앱 실행
④ 메인 메뉴 > 신한스마트KEY카드 태깅
⑤ OTP비밀번호 입력생성(플로팅UI)

5) 인증폰 기기변경(전용앱에서 변경가능)
●인증폰 기기변경 절차
① 신한OTP전용앱 > 메뉴 > 스마트OTP관리 > 인증폰 기기변경
② 본인확인 절차 진행(생년월일/출금계좌번호/계좌비밀번호)
③ SMS인증절차 진행
④ 신한스마트KEY카드 태깅
⑤ 인증폰 기기변경 완료

6) 인증폰 폰변경 (영업점 방문이용메뉴)
스마트폰 전화번호 변경시 가까운 신한은행 지점에 방문하여 신한스마트KEY카드에 등록된 인증폰 번호 변경 후 이용해야 합니다.
※ 신한스마트KEY카드, 새롭게 등록할 인증폰 필히 지참
●인증폰 폰변경 절차
① 신한OTP전용앱 > 메뉴 > 스마트OTP관리 > 인증폰 폰번호 변경
② 은행에서 발급 받은 비밀번호 입력(발급 후 6분이내 처리)
③ 카드태깅
④ 폰번호 완료

7) OPIN오류초기화(영업점 방문이용메뉴)
OPIN오류초기화가 되었을 경우 가까운 신한은행 지점에 방문하여 잠겨 있는 신한스마트KEY카드 해제 후 이용해야 합니다.
※ 신한스마트KEY카드, 새롭게 등록할 인증폰 필히 지참
●OPIN오류초기화 절차
① 신한OTP전용앱 > 메뉴 > 스마트OTP관리 > OPIN오류초기화
② 은행에서 발급 받은 비밀번호 입력(발급 후 6분이내 처리)
③ 카드태깅
④ OPIN초기화 완료

신한은행 스마트OTP 버전 1.0.6 이상 사용을 위해 다음 접근 권한 허용이 필요합니다.

각 메뉴에서 발생되는 추가인증(SMS인증) 진행시 인증번호 자동세팅 기능을 위해 사용합니다.

* 위 항목은 신한은행 스마트OTP 서비스에 반드시 필요하며, 권한이 거부되면 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

설정>애플리케이션 관리자>신한은행 스마트OTP >권한 메뉴에서도 설정하실 수 있습니다.

* 안드로이드 6.0 미만의 경우 필수/선택 구분이 없어 설치시 모든 권한동의를 하여야 정상적인 이용 가능합니다.

2. Service-screen instructions
 1) OTP sent automatically and manually enter your password
   Shinhan KEY using smart cards, you can create a password OTP (one-time password) and enter directly into the Internet / Mobile Banking screen and automatically enter setup.
   (Auto / manual input settings can be set in the Internet / mobile banking, smart OTP input screen.)

 2) OTP passwords visible
   OTP input window, if it is used to report directly enter the password in the OTP phone banking, shopping malls, real-time bank transfer payment.

3) Authentication registered phone
  Shinhan KEY smart cards are available after registration certificates phone by specifying one contact terminal.

4) OTP password generation methods
  If requested by the OTP password on progress in banking, Shinhan Bank, Shinhan banking site, you must use a smart OTP-only app.

7) OPIN initialization error (branch visit using the menu)
   If an initialization error OPIN should be used after releasing KEY Smart Shinhan Card, Shinhan Bank, which is locked by visiting your nearest branch.

To use Smart Shinhan Bank OTP version 1.0.6 or later, you need the following access permission.

(Required) Phone
For phone status and ID verification, we need to access.

(Required) SMS
Additional certification (SMS authentication) that occur on each menu, use the authorization number for automatic setting function when progress.

* This item may not work properly when required, and permission was denied to Shinhan Bank OTP smart services.

Settings> Application Manager> You can also set Smart Shinhan Bank, OTP> Permissions menu.

* In the case of Android less than 6.0 can be used all the normal privileges agreed upon no mandatory / optional nine minutes to install.
