Per previous comment could not get logged in and thought it was an issue with the application/website itself. Shift Hound was very quick to respond to my comment, not only address it but also fix it for me and send me an email informing me. I'm very pleased with the application and have had no issues with it since finally getting connected.

Ugh, I can't stand this program. Our scheduling was much more transparent and easier to navigate back when our administration just printed the schedule on an excel spreadsheet and posted it on the bulletin board.

The app itself works great...however, and this is also an issue on IOS, I've confirmed it with my co-workers. When receiving notifications, you can see a small part of the message and when touching it to open the app opens and the notification itself is gone. Nothing. Where are they going and how can we re-access them???

On my Android phone I am unable to view shifts in calendar mode, and an also unable to view the full schedule. How is that supposed to be an improvement from a paper schedule? I don't carry a laptop 24/7 to have a "better" view, that is the exact opposite of convenience. I'm also reading notifications have issues as well. Time will tell of my company keeps this app or switches to a new one that is more phone-friendly.

Its rare to get a notification of a change or when a new schedule is posted. Several coworkers didnt show up because of failure to recive notification of a change in schedule. Also, it would be nice if this program would sync with Google calander. When adding shifts you have to rescroll through everything each time. It doesnt save your spot. Takes twice as long.

It would be really helpful if this app made it possible to export your schedule into Google calendar so I don't have to manually input all my shifts. Also making it possible to request time off on the app would be helpful. As well as the capability to see my schedule in a monthly and weekly grid view. I still have to go on a computer for these last 2 things.
