Shiftboard People Scheduling

I use shiftboard but it's been locked on the map for a week and I have to log in through the website to confirm shift m to see my schedule huge inconvenience

This app used to be pretty good now it won't even load and I've tried every troubleshooting method and it seems to be a common problem. Why a company wouldn't listen to their customers is beyond me.

Shifts keep disappearing. Be good if in the notes that it'd be better set out so it can be easily ready

Plain black screen since last update. I can not access what I need except through the website.

Locked on the maps screen, so it's kinda useless now

The updated version is not an improvement, clocking in and looking at shifts is a hassle. Rather use website over app because it's a terrible program

1. Have to type in email and password everytime. 2. New updated version doesn't even show my shift note times, I have to click into view notes. 3. The layout is terrible, and isnt easy to see shift time and notes quickly. 4. Shifts disappear at times.

The app before the update did everything I needed it to, but since the update I am unable to go back to the app after I clicked on the link to go to the website. For some reason it's stayed this way even after I deleted and reinstalled the app

The updated version is terrible, the clock is several minutes behind, will not allow you to log in even after several attempts, have to go to website.

This app hardly works never let's me clock in or when using it to map to my destination it won't let me go back and freezes on the map.

I liked this app at first but the maps never work and I am now stuck on the maps and cannot exit out to look at my shifts.

I tried installing it twice, but when I tried to open it, all I got is a blank white screen.

When I click the app it just goes to a white screen!

What happened to the search capability un people?? Now I have to scroll through 2200 people on the roster...??

Why do I have to type in my long ass email address every single time I log in? For security reasons? What, is someone going to hack into my shiftboard and go to work for me? I wish. Would rate 5 stars if you could do that.

This app is very handy when you are not near a computer to view your schedule as long as you remember to convert the time zone. With that being said I feel of course the ability to set my time zone would be greatly appreciated. I like that I can see what is on tradeboard and trade have the ability to trade my shifts. The UI could be cleaned up a little. Overall it does the job but these additional features would be great! :)

The update ruined the app, had me stuck in maps and I had to uninstall the app

Well done peeps, great work since the previous update which had some major issues. Tested this morning and only found one minor issue which most people won't experience anyway, but otherwise, I can view my shifts and all of my details once again. New design also adds a nice touch and is smooth. Although there is minor delay loading content on the pages, I'm assuming this will be fixed in the future with further updates but for now, good job, thanks heaps.

Everything looks much better than in the previous update. Once I actually have a chance to use it all of the functions I will update this review.

Nothing happens when I attempt to log on except a red bar across the top.. I know my credentials are correct, they work on the website. Please look into this.

Has been going downhill with every update, working on trying to get my boss to switch to When I Work, it's free and does significantly more for productivity.

What happened? It doesn't even load anymore! There have been several complaints and yet it's still not fixed. Why are you not listening to your customers?

Very user unfriendly. Horrible design. Just log in on the desktop if your job forces you to use this service

This app is terrible. I had the old version of it and it worked just fine. Throwing this load onto my phone has never been worse. I can't see any shifts that I have scheduled because it never wants to load them! Yay! Not. Uninstalling.

It's fine EXCEPT you cannot change the time zone. That's a big draw back for me :(

Worked for about a week and now won't upon. Keeps crashing. Very frustrating

Update: no time to have to enter login credentials every time I launch. Reduced rating. Certainly the app has room for improvement but if you take it in context with the amazing product via Web and the awesome customer service I received I'd give it a big thumbs up

I use the shiftboard website to mange my volunteer shifts for the Milwaukee Film Fest. For some reason I can't log in to the website on my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S4) so I was hoping the app would be a suitable substitute. There are multiple shift times over a couple weeks at four locations, and the mobile app makes it very slow navigating all the shift times at different venues. It would be nice to see the shift times for each day divided up between venue similar to the Web based version.

I'd like to see a full month view of the days I'm scheduled. Also, an export option on the app would be great. I'd like to see it export to other calendar apps and a pdf of the month.
