NOAA Buoys Live Marine Weather

Add time zone to settings for 5 stars--sunrise and sunset are off by about 10 hrs for me. Simple specific and convenient data from buoys. Handy app. Also, throw tide info in there and that would be awesome.

Tells me what knots the winds are at here on Lake Erie in several different spots to give me an idea of chop/wave condions.

I got this app because it had wave height, but it doesn't. Put the wave height on the bouys.

Very useful app because it gives you what's really going on at a particular station not just a blanket forecast

This app would be even better if it included tide information!

Just got app a week ago and Sean to do well for what need, real time conditions.

Pretty good app but the readings depend on the station you are looking at. Some stations are highly detailed, others only have a thermometer.

Very unstable when used on a Samsung s5.

Great for boating, I can get a good idea of the seas near my harbor without having to go on noaa

Very usefull since NOAA stopped reporting wind on San de Fuca Strait

Ammended review: this app is now working very well. Previously there was no wave height data for 42019 & 42035 out of Galveston, Tx. This is now available.

It don't tell wave height that should be able to tell what height of the wave's are at

The buoys arent showing any data, at least any in the gulf area off al and Pensacola

Very useful. Easiest way I've found to get buoy data. Has ads but they're not obtrusive.

We fish for a living and it's good to know what the ocean is doing before we get there. I like it!

It does exactly what I need it to do without any fancy BS that I don't have time to fool with when I am on the water . Keep it simple, stay awesome

I use this app to cross check the surf reports with live buoy data. Way easier than logging on to the noaa website

Very useful app, but more buoys in the Inshore areas would be much more helpful. There is an overall lack of buoys in my area.

Amazing watching weather systems come and go. No problem on my Galaxy 7 Edge.

This is a "marine" weather app that does not show sea size or tides. I can get the wind and temperature off of any weather app, I downloaded this app in hopes of getting tides readings and wave action.

Not always.sure.of the.accuracy but always gives me ideas of the waves and.that always helps when.planning offshore trip.

I can instantly access wind an seas offshore. Would like a few more bouys to read off mobile bay

Broken POS. Wont add favorite from map, cant search for west coast buoys by number (i.e. 46059 off SF). Don't bother, I just wasted 20 minutes trying.

It works well to give me actual data at buoys so that I can add that info to other sources when trying to determine what the seas in my specific location are likely to be. Nothing is foolproof when it comes to weather prediction but this helps.
