I haven't faced with any problems in the app. Deliveries dont come too often so probably need to do something about this. Rates are not really good but dont mind this if there were atleast more longer deliveries. You should look into ways of increasing the number of deliveries

using android htc10, the map shows me job, but not where i am exactly. YES, MY LOCATION IS ON, it takes me to my area ,thats all. help please.

Driver pay low at times. App issues and low amount of jobs

This App is the worst. It crashes and it is a waste of time. How can you survive as a company if your app is bad. Please give up.

.....they should fix it because it never displayed any job for me...I haven't been able to do 1 job yet ..

Great app / amazing company and call center support

The words " bearer token required" pop up when app asks for my daily schedule. What does this mean?

Keep logging out, always crash on first tap and last update still haven't fixed it

Needs work -if I close out, then tap on the app, it'll bring up the home screen, then flash white and exit app... Not good!

The app works great on my Samsung S7. Easy to use and help desk was quick to reply when I had a question. The service has a lot of potential but at the moment really favours the drivers who own scooters or bikes as most of the pickups and deliveries on my first day were CBD and Innercity doing those runs in a small car is a nightmare as parking is a huge problem in those areas. A ten minute trip could turn into 45min-1 hour of driving around in circles looking for a park (which will cost you money or run the risk of a fine)or loading bay (which isn't highlighted in the description for any job you accept) and makes you look bad if the customer is tracking your GPS. Overall as the business grows it should be a good money maker. At the moment great for scooters or bikes. If they could find a way to work with services like Gumtree I think the workload would be fantastic and open up the outer suburbs. So please add loading bay address if available.

Without warning I am repeatedly logged out and have to "touch to start working again'. This is ridiculous and I'm positive I'm missing orders because of it.

My location is activated but the app keeps telling me to turn it on!

Keeps signing me out of my account, I'm sure I'm missing deliveries. Also it would be nice to look at a picture of the items to be delivered.

I get a notification that there is an oreder in my location. I click on the notification and I go onto the map, but I don't see anything there. The map is always empty for some reason

Do not bother to download this app as Sherpa's pay rate way lower than minimum wage.ive been there tried that.

There was a $4 job once so that's a lie. Second: job for $14 came up very close to me and instantly gone and jobs for $6 all the way over the south side are able to accept for sometimes cpl minutes. You will not make enough to buy a burger because you won't have the money for the gas to get there.Worst app ever created. 0 * I hope people are smart enough not to waste there time working for you after reading the truth,unless they enjoy losing money and time.

It's been a week and my account still under process WTH.

The app does the job but still needs improvement and has small bugs to iron out. Location dot on the map no longer appears after update. So I can't tell where on the map I am in relation to a job. I also had the details of a delivery stuck in my delivery history for a week that wouldn't leave. It made it difficult to keep track of my daily deliveries I had completed because I was left with only 9 slots despite regularly doing more than 9 deliveries in the day. The app lacks a daily earnings figure.

So much harder to get jobs now if you're not within 5 kilometres of the job. It's gone to a closer car by the time the notification goes out to everybody else because closer cars get to see it on the map first even though I only wanted that job because I'm heading that way anyway. The map also jumps back to somewhere in China quite frequently even though my Google Maps app and other GPS based apps still say I'm in Brisbane.

What a mediocre app, no intuitive stall and the picture proof of delivery has never worked.

Good app, but almost impossible to get a job. Able to do 3 jobs in since September 2015.

Are there any jobs in Brisbane? How close do you have to be for it to show jobs?
