I reported that this program does not work right to shelter and they haven't done a damn thing about fixing it , this was over 2 weeks ago that I reported it to shelter I live here in Missouri and called their office directly and they gave me customer service and a poor excuse I told them to put the whole version back up to they could get this one fixed and they told me that they didn't have the ability to do that so I guess they really don't care about their clients after all

This app is not very advanced. It does not show all active policies, and there is no way to make changes or add policies that are active but not showing.

Worked fine, then the next day it did the same as all the other reviews stated. Popped up a msg saying it was an outdated version and would no longer function, but there is no newer version. **Edited**: The update fixed the problem....for a while. Today (9/13) it is doing the exact same thing again, telling me it is outdated and will no longer function.

Added a new car to my plan but it still only shows my other two and not the 3rd one. And now it's telling me my version is outdated and won't work at all even though I have the newest update.

Attempt to login and says that my version will no longer function and needs to be upgraded. However I have the most current version. Uninstalling and reinstalled 6x and same results. There are no other versions available. Disappointing seeing how reviews from April state this same issue and its 3 months later and still same issues.

It says version is out of date, but there's no newer version on the play store?! I've un-installed, reinstalled, etc etc. Please look into it instead of merely saying "install the newest version" (which isn't available). Some customers rely on this, so a little more attention to the issue would be appreciated.

The app was working and now I have a black screen. Called and reported the issue. They said someone would contact me but no one has called back. The app did work at one time and I don't know what changed. Would be nice to have it back. It doesn't work on my husbands phone now either.
