I tried to register my Shell Drivers Club card that has been active for over a year on the app. Every time I tried to do so, the app would not accept the card number. I tried every different possible combination but nothing worked and there is no obvious way to contact the customer support team for assistance.

It's not working I recieve an email to say this new app will be great I try downloading it asked for my email address which they say is incorrect or doesn't exist but they've been emailing me on the card which is already registered with them... Can't be bothered with this now deleted it again!

This app is everything you could want. I only fill up at Shell now and the savings really add up. Keep up the development - it's excellent. It would be great to get digital fuel redemption coupons that could be scanned from the phone in the shop. If you could speed up fills appearing on the app, that would be great too!

Good and useful app, I like the idea of it all. But from opening the app to being allowed to start fuelling does take a while, having to go through all the different pages and waiting for it to find a station. I almost think it would be quicker to go into the kiosk to pay if there's no queue.

Hi, the shell drive doesn't work at all. Keeps crashing and says there is some Google problem. Moreover, the app is super slow. I'm a fan of shell for their exemplary service at the fuel stations, please don't scrue it up with this app.

Not got it working yet due to barcode scanner not working.. my own fault declining camera authorisation at the beginning of installation, it never propt me again after, fresh reinstall hopefully 3rd time lucky:-) oh and add price information about the stations, datestamped that work be wicked thanks shell.

Did work but now despite me filling up and swiping my club card no points are registered on the app and yes I've waited the correct number of days. Tried unistalling and reinstalling and now it doesn't recognise my password. Tried resetting twice and using each time the new password but still the app doesn't recognise it.. Now given up and uninstalled the app. Shame really as it used to work well.. Update.. Great customer service. Contacted Shell and they worked to fix the issue I raised. Now the app has been reinstalled and works better than ever. Thanks guys..

Thanks for bringing android pay, but I don't like the system of you taking a different amount to what I fill up. Please address this and take what I use, not refund within seven days what I don't. Will give five stars when addressed.

A good app. A bit put-off by the payment. It rounds it up to the highest amount then returns the difference into your bank account. Why can't it just pay out the correct amount?

Very disapointed with this application. I expected better quality app from Shell. This application would not let me to log in with my current details etc. email, card number. I'm from London

Just because people like me live in Puerto Rico doesn't mean I want the language on all my apps to be in spanish. I prefer and use English in my daily life. Please give the people of Puerto Rico the option of the app being in English or Spanish.

Pretty good app, generally works as intended and had no problems with it in my local area. Have had issues with it locating what station I'm out elsewhere tho, which was disappointing as i no longer carry my club card with me due to having this app, and I've missed out on points because of it. Also, there's little incentive to use the app itself outside of convenience, but convenience is both ways as I don't need to take up the time of the clerk's in station, so in my view anyone using the app should get bonus points per purchase. Even a little would be great and would make it a 5.

Useless fill and go doesn't work, won't locate the station even when I'm sat next to the pump! Will locate the garage on the station locator but not on the fill and go section. Why? It used to work fine!

Would be great if it worked but it doesn't. Fill up and go takes at least 10 minutes to work out which station you are in - far longer than paying in the shop. Also crashes any time you switch to another app. And takes ages to start up.

This app needs to have Android Auto integration. Being able to buy fuel from my cars Sync 3 system would be much better than using the phone. Have tried the Android Auto method of payment and it failed, but Paypal worked straight away. It's a real shame my local garage no longer support this function, stating that it was "too much hassle" and they removed the QR code signs. No longer able to collect points after losing loyalty card and being unable to use the app to buy fuel locally.

Would like to use PayPal but can't locate anywhere in the app. Went to the station and just sat there waiting and looking, but unable to see.

Love it, keeps me up to date with points and payment is easy. Would like the option to input my mileage each fill so it can tell me my mpg based on the distance I've covered and fuel consumed

Really good when I'm travelling so I can always find a shell garage. When there are offers they can be a bit restrictive, I like to fill from empty to full twice a month but the offers prefer visits every week which means going out my way if I want them.

App seems to work well. Use it mainly to check offers. When the app updates, my account seems to drop off for a while. Leave it a bit and it comes back on though. Good app for locating Shell garages.

Downloaded the app after receiving an email. Loading my card details on but informed my email address is not valid??? You sent me an email so how can the address be invalid. Had this address for over 15 years. Not very impressed with initial workings of app.

Great idea but the execution is poor. Fill and Go only works occasionally, usually a technical issue and is very slow when it does work. Most of the time paying in the shop is quicker.

This app basically shut down my PayPal account. Do not use it. Huge ball-ache to resolve. Update: the issue is that Amex think Paypal took an £80 charge on the card while Paypal insist that Amex simply refused payment (despite no reason to do so - I have available credit). Shell is at fault here because the whole "charge up front more than you need" system clearly doesn't work. I have literally NEVER had an Amex charge refused and my Paypal automates to charging Amex. You guys screwed up and you only get one chance. Sorry. Amex are blaming Paypal and Paypal are blaming Amex. For my part - I blame Shell.

Rubbish app. Can not connect airmiles in the app. Refuse to login. All other is totally not interesting for me. Waisted 1 hour.

I tried to register in Drive Club many times .... it's show sorry something went wrong try again later..... nothing is Works in the app waste of time and data

Decent app. Only downfall is that they convert your points into money off vouchers and if you dont use the voucher you still lose the points.

Good app works as expected wish it could be quicker - Fill up and Pay takes too long sometimes to find the location so you're sat in the car waiting for it. Should keep the screen on once the pump/payment has been authorised, if the screen goes off I have to login again to check that the payment has gone through. Using Android Pay the maximum refill limit is taken from my account not what I actually put in the car! I put int £10 and Android Pay took £20 from my account! Why?! The email receipt says it will be refunded in 7 days but PayPal didn't do this when I used that payment method - it took the exact amount.

This app crashes every time that I try to use it. I uninstalled it. Reinstalled it. I still crashes. I do not recommend it

This is a re-review. The app works perfectly. Customer services were excellent in sorting out the fill up and go issue i had. I only fill up on shell.

I can see why it's a free app! Unable to access the "set up account" section. Probably it's an app for finding a shell servo at best.

Keeps closing every time I open it and I would love to use the app with the card but it crashes each time. UPDATED :still crashes even after reinstall the app twice

In general it works well.... what I would like to see is... being able to pay with my Shell fuel card through the app and on the map to show if the station is a Shell shop as it's a pain to use my fuel card if it's not a Shell shop....

Not sure why this app is 30MB, guessing it's probably due to the hi-res images embedded into it.

App opens and crashes. I hate giving poor reviews, but at some point the app stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nada. LG V10

I tried downloading the app everyone was fine up until I try register my loyalty card . Every time I type the card number in it tells me it's the wrong number and isn't recognised. Had my card for 5 years now and had no problems using it in the store and receiving my cash back vouchers . What's the point of even having this app if I can't even install my card to it . There is no customer service or trouble shooting to help solve this problem

Rubish,won't log you in,kept saying incorrect details. Changed password hundred of times yet won't work..uninstalling at once. Big waste of space..shame

The extra points on offer do add up. Worth having for that alone. Plus I try to only use Shell so being able to find petrol stations in an unfamiliar area is really useful.

Runs slow. Too many annoying intruptions and screen cuts. It's trying to be too helpful but failing miserably.

Ok so it can be slow updating points balance but with so many offers and bonus points that is easily forgotten. My favourite has to be to £1 off a costa coffee beating the bonus 100 points for filling up in to 2nd place. Then when you points are converted and arrive in the post(assuming you take money off vouchers like me) you still have the paper vouchers sent with them. So a win win.
