Lexicon for Android
Day two that I'm using this app, and I really like the teaching style of this application. My only negative comment is that I can't hear any of how these are pronounced, and I just have to assume that I'm pronouncing it correctly. Can that be fixed, please? Thank you.
I redownload it on hope that it will work well but it eventually crashed and I am disappointed with this app.
Grammatical errors
Try to create a profile and all I get is error:refuse and it keeps spinning
The app doesn't load. "cannot connect to server"
Hi, Thank you so very much for fixing the "can't connect to server" ... Your app seems nice, can you improve on the voice pronunciation ? It doesn't sound that clear in Thai. Thank you.
Thought it sold be a new approach to fluency, but it may looks like a mediocre flash card app.
I can't create a new profile. The app just sits and spins. I haven't done a lot else with the app yet as it. As of the latest update I can't even do the normal lessons because the progress spinner just spins forever.
It could be great for learning vocabulary, but it's poorly designed. Quick lessons followed by quick tests that don't really sink in the wanted knowledge. If updated it may be great to use in addition to other apps.
Chose German, one of the earliest lessons says that "sieben" is translated "she", when I know "sieben" is the number seven in German. "Sie" is "she".
This is a horrible app! For example, all caps, no punctuation.
So far so good. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, but if you have a bit of knowledge in the language you're learning this can serve an alternative studying resource. I've only found one mistake so far and it was likely just a typing error. (The voice in the Japanese lessons could afford to be sped up a bit too.)
I chose Spanish to learn, and I know the basics. For examplex you don't pronounce an "h" in Spanish. This had the worst pronunciation I have ever heard. It pronounced "hay," as "Hi," instead of sounding like "Eye." And they don't roll their r's... it's sounds like someone very uneducated, trying to read all the words the way they would be pronounced in American English. I've had the app for 5 mins, and I'm uninstalling. It's not worth the space.
Terrible. I have a pretty good knowledge of Spanish. Doesn't accept alternate perfectly correct translations and some of the "correct" answers are just plain wrong, such as oír = heard. Oír means "to hear". Heard is "oído". Worthless.
It's not bad, but is adecuated to under 5 years old.
It's amazing It can help you in Korean very well... one of the best app this far I recommend this to every Korean learners
Hello, do you have plans to include the ojibwe languages, and other first nations and indigenous languages? thank you for your work !!!
Hello, just wanted to say I love you guys app it the best app for me because I want to learn Korean but alot of apps dont teach me at the speed I want to be taught. This app has helped me recognize phrases and vocabulary so fast that I'm amazed at how fast I actually remember them, thank you.And I love how you guys didnt start me off with the most common basic phrases on the beginners level like other apps do,random phrases are more interesting to me.The only thing that is my problem is the audio part because I find it hard to recognize what is being said especially with longer sentences or phrases and its to fast, but I do review all the choices and translate everything even if its not the answer to the question to constantly remember what every phrase is and means but I try to recognize the audio but its just hard. Please make the audio more clear, please. But besides the audio thing, this app rocks :).
I like it but i cannot hear anything :(
Re-learning my high school German , oh yes !
This app is garbage. It crashes repeatedly and when I finally got it to work long enought to run an actual lesson it kept makring the same translation as incorrect over and over again. I suppose good news is I am unlikely to forget the korean word for "and" since it came up literally dozens of times it isnt that much of advantage since I was hoping to get a little further than that in my studies. Even the bug report froze. This is literally the worst, buggiest, least helpful app I have ever used.
Helping me learn to communicate with my girlfriend's family.
There are much better apps for learning new languages. Duolingo is one I like
Almost There

It's mostly useful for prononciation but it would be better if it also included the definition of words, and/or some exercises that could put into practice what one has learned.
