SharpSpring for Android
That's a big fail. Let me worry about security. I have a fingerprint scanner on my phone for a reason. My password is 20 characters long. There's no way I'm going to remember it. That's why all of my devices lock, so I don't have to remember passwords.
I'm not sure why this app exists. You can't work your leads from or access all the needed information. Either make it work or don't make the app at all. Don't waste the space on your mobile device for this app.
Horrible. Still.
Please add option to keep me logged in or something similar. Having to input username and password each time the app is opened is not user friendly. The app seems buggy - it freezes when I want to add an opportunity. Looking forward to an update.
The app does not keep you logged in. The intent is for this app to be used as a CMS but imagine having to manually type in your user/password 10-20 times a day. Once you are logged you'll find the limitations overwhelming. SharpSpring should completely remove this app until it is overhauled.
Nothing useful in this app. Can't monitor campaigns or visitors or pipeline properly. Try again. Also support for Sharpspring is terrible. Thinking of switching.
Decent after the login fix :P
What Tammie said. It just opens a new browser window. Try again, please.
Loaded app on android. Try logging in and it takes you to full desktop view on the web. So impossible to use, or update via android
Able to log in and use the platform on mobile. The app mimics the Chrome plugin for the platform. Could use some additional functionality such as offline use. Another great feature would be the ability to set an unlock PIn so you don't have to enter all of your login credentials(email and password) every time you open the app.
Like what everyone else said....you log in and then your browser opens and your asked to log in. What's worse is the login page and post login pages are desktop versions. The darn thing isn't even responsive or designed for mobile!
Useless

I reported a wide variety of failings with the app over 8 months ago.. the lead individual responsible for resolving these issues said they were going to fast track the big problems. Fast forward 8 months, NOTHING has been done and that individual is gone. The app does not keep you logged in. Imagine having to manually type in your user/password 10-20 times a day. Once you are logged you'll find the limitations overwhelming. SharpSpring should completely remove this app until it is overhauled.
